The Fiora code cracked!

So the fiora reworked seemed to have gutted fiora and made her damage way too low to be a melee adc and she also lacks the natural sustain needed to go top, but heres the thing she isnt a melee adc anymore, this might sound weird but i think the new fiora is actually a CDR tank. ive been trying to combine items leveling and masteries to try and crack what i call the fiore code(similar to the Gragas code IE: the champion is good but the way people are using them and how riot thinks you should be using them is wrong) and i have finally figured it out. fist off you probably want 9/21/0 masteries. when buying items don't build recommended, instead of a dorans start getitem 2041 and 3x item 2003 your core item as far as i can tell is item 3025 it gives tank stats as well as cdr and an aoe. for damage build either item 3074 (or when the new titan hydra comes out build that) or item 3071 and the rest of her build is just regular tank. so tell me if you think this is what the fiora is and if you like it or hate it.

I don't disagree with you at all, but sadly to say, I don't want to have to play fiora as a tank. That only makes me understand why people are upset with her :/ No one likes a 100% different champion then from what they originally bought

Hmm from my point of view the perfect build for Fiora is this: item 3074 /item 3071 /item 3022 /item 3047 /item 3072 /item 3155/ Fiora just needs to survive in team fights and she does not need so much life steal(the blade of the ruined king is too much) since she has the ulti to heal herself and her team.Trinity force even if it give's Fiora ap it only gives it to her w and the passive of it its not something that great. And plus her passive is really something great why not just focus that.I mean let's be honest it's really op.

Cleaver and Frost Borne scale good together because it turns your cleaver into a aoe slow that shreds armor, making her strong teamfight wise. I think this could work.

I prefer to build my Fiora as more of an assassin, because she can still fill that role. Hunting people down wherever they may be. My final build (Not that matches last that long, because it either massively carries or massively fails depending on your team, their team, and the flow of the game.) is as follows:

item 3047 item 3153 item 3022 item 3072 item 3078 item 3155 The HP gain from the Frozen Mallet as well as it's slow goes well with the speed boost and passives of Trinity, with the rest of the kit geared towards tankbusting.

I have not played her, so take what I say with a grain of salt. Fiora needs to be a nimble fighter to kite around an ulted target and hit all the vitals to maximize her damage output on a target. She can access some of these vitals using her Q and some positioning, but the other vitals will be much harder to get to on a target that is trying to avoid this as much as possible. A Phage item seems very necessary as well as a slowing item to help ensure you can land the other areas. So what I see is either Triforce or Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet or IBG, and a tank build could work very well with her. Spirit Visage I feel would be very good on her given her passive and the heal on her ult. And a lifesteal item might be good to have to go along with that, but I don't think it is necessary if you are building primarily tanky. A problem I am seeing is that she will lack waveclear, making Hydra or IBG look very appealing on her. Why is this a problem though? Well she has a very expensive build lined up for her at this point. Black Cleaver, Hydra, and Frozen Mallet cost 9600 gold altogether. I think she would have to drop Frozen Mallet from the build. She could possibly go for the new Titanic Hydra and just build tank and Black Cleaver to deal pretty good damage with a tank heavy build (there is some good synergy with BC and Tiamat btw). So I think this is what I would do.

item 3071 item 3122 (new Hydra) item 3065 item 3143 item 3026 item 1320 would probably be my goal build on the new Fiora. Bonus stats from items (5.16 values): 1600HP, 90AD, 110 Armor, 135Magic Resist 30%CDR, +200%HP regen (plus SV passive). If I felt I was up against more AD, I would opt for more armor in the build, swapping SV or GA with Dead Man's Plate, Thornmail, or Sunfire.

I would probably still go 21/9/0 (3% extra true damage) but 9/21/0 also has merit to it.

I'll try it out when I have the chance, but I don't currently own Fiora so I will have to wait til free week (also why I used 5.16 values and items).
