Price Reduction of champions and skins

I think it was season 3 when the last champion IP & RP reduction was done. Riot have any clue when the next one is? JW I hate having grind out 4800 - 6300 IP for champions that almost a year old or so.

Champions in the 6300 tier drop down to the 4800 tier as new champions are released into the pool. It's been an ongoing process.

Kalista --> Viktor Rek'Sai --> Sejuani Bard --> Ziggs Ekko --> Nautilus TBA --> Fiora TBA --> Lulu TBA --> Hecarim

Skins, however, don't depreciate in value at any point in time. Under the current policy, they will always remain the same tier/price-wise.
