"Dodge 'Quick Draw' Weston, On this day, Piltover Supreme Court has sentenced you to be hanged for your crimes against the city. Do you have any last words before the lever is pulled to end you life?"

Thoughts ran through my mind, as seconds slowed my mind danced through my life and the moments I treasured most. my dear Elizabeth, the fire the breathed life into my soul, taken from me all those years ago, but today i could feel her hands resting on my chest again, her kiss upon my cheek. She was with me more now than she had been in years, i was ready for this. Pondering his question, i looked at the ground, then lifted my head toward the sky to gaze at the clouds like we used to do on the hills that over looked the city. "No, Carver, i'm ready to leave this life and start another reunited with my wife, pull the lever, my old friend."

I closed my eyes and waited for the plank door of the platform to fall beneath my feet and seal my fate and reunite me with Elizabeth, I heard muttering from the crowd, and a commotion. Open my eyes i saw the pink hair of law.

"By the power vested in me by the courts of Piltover, This man is hereby Pardoned of all his crimes, and deputized under the seal of Piltover." Exclaimed Caitlyn

Astonished the crowd and officials aligning the platform began to whisper among themselves. Carver approached her pulling her off to the side, after a brief conversation, she walked up the steps of the platform and started address the crowd. "My office received evidence from a forensic lab, that proves Dodge had nothing to do with the murders of Mayor or the 3 judges on the Mayor's payroll. We are doing everything in our power to find the real killer or killers. But as of right now Dodge Weston is under the protection of my deputies and my self. Dodge will also be a lawman once again."

The crowd dismayed by the words their sheriff was saying. But They knew better than dispute her word. Carver began losing the cuffs around dodge's wrist. Then pulled the hex-tech noose from around his neck.

Rubbing my wrist, "So, little lady how did all this come about?"

"Little lady?" she scoffed at the endearment, "We knew you were innocent, just had to find the proof." She reached into a large luggage bag, pulling out my master piece of hex-tech technology,"Bet , you missed this. But before i can hand this over i have to swear you in as a deputy."

"Swear me in... no, no, no i gave that up a long time ago, when your aunt died, darling." Protecting me by your hand is enough. I paused, "But caity, you know i was ready to be with her again."

"I know uncle Dodge, we all miss her, but you can't just give up your life, you need.... we need to bring her murder to justice, so that he will hang for her murder, and her life wont be in vain." wiping a tear out of her eye, "So take the damn badge and lets go. We think we have a lead."

"A lead?" Confused, "I though her case was closed years ago."

"It was... but i am sheriff you know"

"Okay, where's do we start" Smiling i took the badge out of her hand, rubbing the engraved metal, i saw a reason to live in it's shimmer.

Stats & Charactristics: class: Marksman, Assassin Health: 375 (+80 per level) Mana: 225 (+75 per level) Health regen: 6 (+.5 per level) Mana Regen: 8(+.65 per level) Armor: 19 (+3 per level) Magic resist: 29 (+0 per level) Atk: 48 (+3.25 per level) Atk speed: .069 (+0.55% per level) Movement Speed: 335

Abilities:

Passive: Hex-Gauge Scope - Dodge starts the game with a Hex-Gauge Scope that is an up-gradable item. He can buy the upgrades in the store. These upgrades would be called Hex-Graved Lenses: The '20x Zoom Lens'- Give Dodge increased cast range by 15 and reduces his cool downs by 5%. The 'Infared Lens' - gives Dodge increase vision by 25 and increases his critical strike chance by 15%. The 'Dead Eye Lens' - Gives Dodge increase attack damage by 10%, grants him 30 extra health and armor after he enters combat, this buff diminishes over 10 seconds.

Q: Flash Round- Dodge loads a flash bang round, and fires his gun at the opponent doing 45/60/75/90/105 (+20 bonus attack damage) & blinding them for 1 second.
8/7/6/5/4 second cool down Cost:65/75/85/95/105 Range:700

W: Razor Wire Trap- Dodge throws down and razor wire trap, if the enemy walks through it, they will bleed for 40/55/70/85/100 physical damage (+ .15x his current mana pool) over 10 seconds. 18/16/14/12/10 second cool down. Cost:30/40/50/60/70 Range:480

E: Gas & Dash- Dodge throws a Hex-Gas grenade at a target location, releasing a cloud of damaging nerve gas, poisoning any enemy unit that walks through the cloud by 15/30/45/60/75 physical damage over 5 seconds after entering. If a champion is hit by the initial explosion, Dodge can activate this ability again to dash behind them pulling up his rifle and shoots the target in head dealing 55/65/75/85/95 physical damage (+15% of your current attack damage) . 30/25/20/15/10 second cool down. Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 Range:550

R: Hex-Tech Mortar- Dodge Places a remote control Mortar with three rounds that fires mortar blast at 3 target locations each dealing 180/245/310(45% Attack damage) to any enemy hit by the blast. While Hex-Tech Mortar is active Dodge is immobilized for 8 seconds, when all shots have been fired or when manually made to move. (Crowd Control effects DO NOT interrupt Dodge's Hex-Tech Mortar but will apply the effects of stuns and do all the damage they are supposed to do). If a single mortar shot at all isn't used the cool down is cut to 42/35/28 seconds with no mana cost (even if one is used cool down still applies), also for every enemy champ killed when hit by the blast the cool down is reduced by 5 seconds. 125/105/85 second cool down. Cost: 130/115/100 mana Range: 4500

This is really amazing and well thought out. While I don't have much to add to the design, has anyone thought of a medic support type character for piltover?

The one thing I want to mention is the fact that his abilities lack AD/AP ratios. Other than that this is a great concept ^.^

The perpetrator i haven't given it much thought, but i wanted to leave it open make a concept or even allow a fellow summoner to create the perpetrator's concept/ suggest already made champions to become Dodge's mortal enemy.

For the W, what do you mean by +30 bonus damage? Is that a scaling?

I'd clean up the text a bit, add in some quote blocks or boldface to accentuate important information, makes it an overall easier read.

I like how you went with gadgetry, there isn't a solid champion in League that feels like he's got the right tools for the job (literally speaking).

Before you read this take what I have to say with a grain of salt. Im not saying I can make a better champ or a better version of this champ im just pointing out some problems that jump out at me.

Well im about to be that guy...

His passive: possible 45% crit chance on his passive seems pretty ridiculous. Does his unique item take up an item slot or is it a trinket? Is it 5hp or 5hp/5 and 5 mana or 5 mana regen/5. Do these scale with level?

His q: the blind time scaling does not follow a pattern and at max rank is a 2.5 second blind with a 2 second cooldown. So no aa champ can ever hit him?

His e: if hit with initial explosion can then follow up for a 3.5 second stun at max rank. That is the longest CC in the game... on top of reducing vision and doing damage. The cd scaling also seems out place with other high cd skills and has a pretty good range for what it can all do. Also what is the aoe size of his gas? IIRC flash is 700 range.

His ult: non interruptable and if he doesnt use it he gets a free refresh on the cd and his mana back? How could that be a good idea. Nothing stops me from going into ult mode all the time just to be ready and then canceling with no consequences.

Are his abilities skillshots or targeted. Nothing about his kit gives the me "quickdraw" vibe. I understand that you cant have him pull out two pistols and start spraying or we would have a lucian 2.0 on our hands but the kit doesnt thematically fit IMHO.

I suggest you don't put numbers on things. 3.5s Stun will never happen, let alone as a bonus tacked onto an already solid ability. That does 35% max health damage. And the permablind.

Actually the problem goes beyond numbers really. Don't try to push so much CC in. ADCs barely get any CC and that's intended.

I like the idea that he could Graves W and then get behind someone while they can't see him, but then it'd just be a way better Graves W. Maybe if it wasn't AoE and it didn't totally deny vision like Graves does.

And you don't want that passive. That was Viktor's old passive, and it sucked. And if you fixed it, it'd just be Viktor's new passive. Maybe give them the stats of (a bit less than) a normal passive, but he can switch which is active by clicking buttons over his passive or something. Either with a long interruptable cast time or only at base.

The ult and the blind are both kinda generic, especially the ult as it's just Xerath's. Obviously the blind's cooldown could never be that low. Maybe around 9 seconds, with 2 seconds of blind. Even then it's just Quinn or Teemo.

Not sure how you're envisioning the razor wire: like a Karthus wall that only does damage? I do have one idea here that I like. What if it you shot it from him at terrain, and then it would either attach to the ground where he's standing or shoot out in a straight line from where it hit to try to find other terrain to latch to? It'd be a unique cast mechanic and harder to use so you could up the damage or add some CC. Hm. I dunno, I just think you could do something cool with terrain here to make it different from a Karthus wall mechanically.

I remember reading this concept on the old forums ages ago.

To this day my friends and I still laugh whenever one of us mentions the Hextech Noose.
