Time for a Rework.

Oh hey, I did these once, yep, and I wanna see if I've gotten any better at it over these years. This is gonna be a remake of my very first Champion, which has over 1.2k views, thanks guys for checking it out! [slayer-jinx-catface] Alright then, let's see how we rework.

Mensio "The Discord's Herald" Role: Mage Secondary: Assassin Melee Magical > There are many worlds that live along with this one, and there are many dimensions that coexist with this one, but between all of them is an area known as "the discord" dubbed by researcher named Johnathan Lancy, he began research on this new world, stuck in the middle, with all these oddities in it, most of the population consists of a variety of people from all over Runeterra, even some void spawn lived there, the main odd thing was the complete mish-mash of things there, there were eyes in the sky, a sky that was always red and black, islands were crashing and melding together, there were random time-stops, and time-speed ups, the sun and moon would go up and go down at the same time,it was all just weird, however, inside of it all, was one major buff, there was a high variety of magic inside of it, and he decided, that it would be best if they found a way to connect these worlds, and tame the magic to make it easier to use. > At first getting people on board with his plan was not at all easy, many people thought the idea was scary and insane, but with hard-work and determination, he scrapped together a team of Zaunites, Piltovers, and a few Ionians, to help him with his mission, among these was his nephew, Mensio. > Mensio was always a queer one, he loved the idea of getting anywhere, that all places were meant to be together. He was very weird, and often was an outcast, even with his family, however he was very happy with his uncle, who was always willing to listen to his theories and ideas. The idea of joining his group was very exciting for him, yet, there was a setback. His arms were very weird, and kinda fragile, making it hard for him to do anything without it being a great effort, as such Johnathan kept him away from the dangerous stuff, yet his excitement and want to contribute made it very hard for him to keep Mensio away from them. > One night, Johnathan was awoken by the sounds of machines wirring, and then a loud shout of "Yes, it worked!" Johnathan recognized the voice and ran to see what had happened. What he saw next astounded him, Mensio had succesfully made a portal between the Discord, and Runeterra, and access was available. Mensio went into it himself, however, problems soon arose, the world experience weird problems, days going faster, and many missing people cases happened, as such the experiment was forcefully shut down, and the portal closed, with Mensio still on the other side. > After a few years, the portal seemed to reopen by itself, a group of Zaun law enforcers went in to find what happened, at first no one was found there, but then a figure was seen running around. And soon the men began mysteriously dying, then, when it was down to the last few, the figure revealed itself as Mensio, who through his time in Discord, he changed, he could teleport, he had a gunblade with him, and he had a cure for his arms. He eliminated them all, and soon his presence became known to others in Zaun and Piltover. Eventually he became a self-employed covert ops for Zaun, and has fought to bring down other experiments to help prevent Zaun from becoming uninhabitable.

> The Undeground

> The area around him was very dark, almost like walking through a tunnel at night, yet there was some lights that occasionaly showed up to tell him he was on the right track. Of the wall he could make out it was red-ish brown, with some weird markings on it, the distinct dripping of water, and the sound of his footsteps were the only thing keeping him company. Then, without warning, the thud-thud of his feet, turned into clank-clank, he decided to turn on his headlamp for a brief moment, he looked around, and saw the white metal of the Underground's home, yellow lines went down the middle, he followed them, then he heard some new voices to accompany his walk. > "I tell you, he could be anywhere." > "He can't teleport where he hasn't seen." > "Still, I wouldn't take that risk, keep your goggles on!" > "Okay, okay fine, Jesus." > The voices came closer, immediately he hid at the end of the corridor, then they came, and he teleported to the other end, and soon he surprised one of them and killed them immediately. > "Bobby?! W-where are you?!" > The other one shot around wildly trying to get him, then he was shot in the head and killed. > "Okay, where are the others?" > He immediately ran down the corridors, making sure to stop whenever someone was coming, and kill them. Soon he saw a man with a mustache and a monicle, in a lab coat, he smirked. > "I got you." > He soon teleported in front of the man and pointed his Gunblade at him, yet the man simply smirked, and all of a sudden a flurry of bullets flew at Mensio, he immediately teleported away, he slammed down onto the floor, groaning, he held out his hand that was now completely crimson with the blood flowing out of his rib. > "Dammit, I should have known, but, I know how to deal with this." > He then used the syringes on his device on his left hand, injecting them into him, soon his eyes went red, and he began glowing black, with red lighting going all around himself, then he slammed the ground, and immediately portals appeared all around the gaurds and his target, and he zipped around, murdering them all, body pieces flew off, and blood got everywhere, even on himself, after he recovered from this insanity the pain in his rib immediately came back, and he dropped again, he held his side, yet there was no time to rest, as he felt rumbling from beneath, and then a loud explosion. > "Uh oh, I need to get out of here." > He stumbled up and ran, with both of his hands holding his side, he took advantage of his teleportation and made a lot of speed getting on his way, however when falling rocks and other things hit his arm it made it a lot harder to focus, finally he managed to get out, however the area behind him was destroyed, and information of the other members was gone with it. > "This, is a setback, but I'll be fine, I always managed in the worst scenarios, but now I must get to tending my wounds."

Passive: Immediate arrival If Mensio stands at a tower or some other structer for 5 sec. a portal will open, and will remain opened until used, the portal will open at both the base and the tower, Mensio can use it either way, once the portal is used the passive will go on cooldown for 180 sec.

Q: Portal When activated the player can pick anywhere in a 600 unit radius to teleport Mensio. Cooldown: 18/15.5/13/10.5/8 Mana: 210/170/130/90/50

W: Discord Warp Mensio will dash forward 800 units (100 UPS) and will connect with the first champion he hits, if it's an ally he'll connect to them for 5 sec., granting them a shield of 400/700/1000/1300/1600+(100% ability power), when the timer runs out, or he reactivates it, he'll deal 90/130/170/210/250+(25%/50%/75%/100%/125% ability power) in a 300 unit radius around the ally. If he charges to an enemy he'll deal 70/95/120/145/170+(80% ability power) and deal 5% of their current health, and slowing them for 25% for 2 seconds. This can go through walls Cooldown: 22 sec. Mana: 90/150/210/270/330

E: Portal Shot Mensio will shoot a target out of a portal from anywhere in a 500/800/1100/1400/1700 unit radius, after that he'll open up a portal for 2 seconds and then shoot a projectile towards himself for a 500 unit range, dealing 120/180/240/300/360+(50%/75%/100%/125%/150% ability power) if this hits he'll reduce the cooldown of his abilities by 3 sec. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 sec. Mana: 50

R: Discord Zone Mensio uses a device that causes the portal he summons within 2500/5000/7500 unit radius to be a weird black area that has red pulses going throughout it (700 x 700 units), it has a 2 sec. warning as the ground becomes red and it begins blinking when it happens, while in it champions will constantly be warped to the middle every 1 sec. for 6 sec. when reactivated enemies become silenced and Mensio will warp to each enemy champion within the Discord Zone and deal 170/250/330+(175% ability power), this stops the ability but if he manages to kills all the targets he gets to recast it immediately, he'll remain at the area. Cooldown: 180/140/100 Mana: 200/340/480

A balancing act: So you may be thinking. "Woah, 3 warping abilities, it'll be impossible to lock this guy down and hit him." Well, there's a way to deal with this, all of these abilities have a .5 second startup, except for his W, and during his W's animation he isn't invulnerable, meaning he can be stunned or silenced mid animation, skilled players who have a stun, root, or some other cc like that will be able to make his abilities be null and void, they'll be on cooldown and he's stuck with the enemy.

Quotes and animation: His voice is very deep and has a weird effect on it that makes it sound mechanical and echo-y

Design: His hair is a dirty blonde, with a black streak on it, he wears a mechanical thing over his mouth, a red device that goes over his right eye, he wears a skintight shirt that's black with grey stripes going out the middle, dark orange and light black pants, and dark red boots. His gunblade is black and white, it's a cutlass, with a sniper rifle attached to the top. He has a white mask that covers the top part of his face that goes with the mechanical thing that goes over his mouth, this goes with his black thing.

> Summoner Spells: > Because of his Passive, and his Q, running the usual isn't necessary, and if you're running him top, isn't necessary, as > such you can build him with a bit more uniqueness, the best choices for him would probably be and since Cleanse > allows you to not have to worry about stuns, and ignite allows you to kill enemies and not have to use your abilities.
