#####Passive: Deep Chill

Whenever Yuki enchants an ally they both gain 5-20 Lethality and Magic Penetration for 2 Seconds, and Yuki heals for 20-120 Health.

#####Q: Snow Flurry CD 13/12/11/10/9 | Cost 70/75/80/85/90 | Range 600 | Radius 25° Cone

Yuki shoots out a stream of ice magic in a direction for up to 5 seconds, able to move around but not redirect the ability. Deals 35/50/65/80/95 + 45% Ability Power Magic Damage every second to enemies in a cone, and shields allies for  15/20/25/30/35 + 10% Ability Power every second until Snow Flurry ends.

When ended or recast Snow Flurry will snare enemies in the cone for 1.5 Seconds who have been hit for at least 1 Second, and heals allies in the cone for all currently active shielding provided by Snow Flurry. Recastable after 1 Second.

#####W: Extended Winter CD 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 Cost 60/65/70/75/80 Range 600

Yuki enchants the target's next basic attack within 5 Seconds. Enchanted attacks gain 100/125/150/175/200 range and deal 30/50/70/90/110 + 50% Ability Power bonus Magic Damage over 2 Seconds.

Yuki enchants a target's body, granting them 35/40/45/50/55% increased Movement Speed, and the ability to move through units for 3 Seconds. Moving through units will apply Frozen Shell for 4 Seconds. While enchanted the target receives a bonus 30% Tenacity.

Frozen Shell: Basic attacks consume Frozen Shell to deal 6/7/8/9/10% of target's Max Health as Magic Damage and freeze the target for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 Seconds.

#####R: Frost Fall CD 160/140/120 | Cost 150/175/200 | Range - | Radius 2,000/2,500/3,000(150)

Yuki causes a winter storm to engulf the land in a large radius for 15 Seconds, building 1 Frigid Bones stack every second. During Frost Fall Yuki may recast up to 3 times to send beams of arctic energy down anywhere within the zone every 3 Seconds. After a 0.5 Second delay arctic energy will crash down in a 150 Radius, freezing enemies inside for 0.5/0.75/1 Second, dealing 50/100/150 + 30% Ability Power Magic Damage, and leaving a large Ice Spire in the area for 5 Seconds. Being within 150 Units of an Ice Spire grants units Frigid Bones stacks every 0.5 Seconds instead.

Frigid Bones grants 1% increased resistances on allies per stack. Enemies take 1% increased damage for each Frigid Bones stack.

When ended or recast Snow Flurry will snare enemies in the cone for 1.5 Seconds

What is the cone, does it mean the ice shot out in a cone shape? and is her q's speed like Taliyah's or Lucian's? I think being able to snare enemies in a cone instantly after the end of duration or recast is a bit... too strong. It would be a bit more forgiving if Yuki snares enemy after hitting them for a certain time (meaning something like snaring champions that have been hit for more than 3 seconds of the 5 second duration). Another way might be to give her a channeling effect (1 second or so) after recast/end of duration for her enemies to react to, and reveal her if she is in a bush during the channeling.

I mean, she is a support after all, don't want to give her too much power. Currently she can level 1 cheese (like stay in the tribush after buff) really easily, especially with champions like MF or draven. The fact that q is cone-shaped also makes instant snare strong because she doesn't really need to aim it.

I really like her e. It is a very unique concept. I'm just a bit curious about if she can cast it on enemy units (since you only said target). If the answer is yes, just imagine its interaction with sion. lolololololol.

I think 2 seconds is a bit too long, but it's kind of okay since you need to physically go through the enemy.

Her ultimate is a bit confusing for me. I'm understanding it as:

  1. Yuki summons a storm covering everything within 5,000 range of her
  2. Every 3 seconds, she can summon a beam with a 150 radius and reaches all the way to the end of the 5,000 range, dealing decent damage
  3. If the beam hits allies, it put them into statis

There are a few things I don't comprehend. Like, does the beam:

dealing 50/100/150 + 30% Ability Power Magic Damage and 1% Target's Max Health as true damage per Frigid Bones stack

or it is more like 50/100/150 + 30% Ability Power Magic Damage and x% Target's Max Health as true damage where x = number of Frigid Bones stack.

You probably meant the second one (that "and" is what's messing me up), because the first one would mean there is no point in spaming the "second cast" unless you want that "freeze" (or unless you want to stack item 3151/ item 3116 ).

Her Frigid Bones stack also seems a bit limited. Like, she's an enchanter, but her ultimate is a purely offensive ability unless you count that statis. What if you give a different stack to Yuki's allies for each second they are in the winter storm? So maybe something that gives them increased lethality and magic pen, so she doesn't have to be the only one entering faker mode lol. If you think this is a good idea, her ult's damage probably should be tuned down, as of now she is more like a mage that grants her jungler buff when ganked (that would also be a really cool concept, I'm just not sure what direction are you working toward) rather than a support.

Great concept like usual [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Without going too in-depth, I have a few notes:

  • She definitely seems too strong due to every single one of her abilities having some form of CC
  • Her ult is definitely confusing to read and seems like an overpowered bard ultimate
  • With the amount of times she can enchant in a short duration, the passive definitely needs to be weaker

I going to sit this one out since you were already told to nerf it but am understanding the ult to be like random/ enemy/ ally target inside the zone to get damage/ stasis is that right?
