Arashi and SIlver Fang, the Ionian Prototypes

Background: Arashi was once a great general and scientist in Ionia. Revered for his swordsmanship and genius. He was aptly named for his powers as he was like lightning and had control over it. He moved with speed so great a streak of lightning was said to follow him along with a boom of thunder. His blade empowered with that of the storm.
Raised a Shaolin monk as a child he quickly grew in his training and took up the sword. Perfecting it completely. He joined the ranks of the military at a young age and grew in rank quickly. Joining their divisions for science at an equally young age with new found ideas that were later put into production. Around this time he traveled to Zaun on behalf of Ionia. He did not return. At least not as he once was. Alongside him his entire life was a wolf. Raised from a cub to be by his side he followed him everywhere and trained with him. This was no exception. Together they left to Zaun.
Viktor, a genius inventor and friend to Arashi had been shamed in the community and he took to seclusion, and Arashi joined him. He feared for his friends sanity, and together they created great works of wonder. He even helped to create Viktors own machine body. Seeing the darkness encroach on his friends mind Arashi couldn't stand by when he left an joined the league. However, he was unable to follow. Viktor, in his increasing fragility of sanity began to experiment on his own friend....with Arashi's own designs. He had created a prototype soldier armor for the Ionian military, but wanted to try it on himself first. However, Viktor thought this was too weak and sabotaged the schematics and data. Instead of creating a suit around Arashi as intended the suit instead embedded itself within Arashi's skin and nervous system. An excruciating ordeal. Luckily it had not warped his mind like Viktor. Unable to move while recuperating Arashi thought of how he might save his friend, and how to remove this accursed armor. However, it was impossible despite how he tried. It had implanted itself straight to the bone. It was a part of him now. Secluding himself for years he worked with the guilt and depression until finally he accepted his fate. Then, he trained.
Finding the suit had been enhanced by Viktor he found it to enhance all of his abilities and reflexes. Knowing that Viktor would stop at nothing to see the world like this he began to improve his armor and eventually was able to get it to be bio-mechanical. Able to retract into his body and come out when needed with barely a thought. It was indeed a part of him truly now. His wolf, Silver Fang, was dying. Viktor had experimented on his wolf while he was out and now on life support. Arashi did everythig in his power to keep him alive and indeed he did. Installing the same armor into his wolf companion Silver Fang was able to become a completely armored wolf at will. 10x more powerful and faster than any other wolf.
Together they traveled from Zaun to the league. Here, on the Fields of Justice he hopes he can reach his friend, and if not....he would destroy him.

Arashi now has a battle suit that in integrated into his DNA. It surrounds him when he wishes it to unfold. He has taken to modern style clothing during his stay in Zaun, and the result is this. His wolf, Silver Fang, has also gained a mechanized battle suit able to be activated at will from his body.
Note: The difference in the wolf picture is that the circles you see that are blue and white are not there, and the blue color outlining him on his legs and throughout his body are actually orange like that of Arashi's eye glow in the picture. Also, Arashi's suits' helmet does not have that pointy look. His helmet is complete conformed to his head making it more circular. His coat is also shorter than the picture. Only going to his waist, not way down to his thighs.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Arashi is a huge damage dealer and strong defender and pusher. However, in early lanes if you can stop his farm his push becomes harder to complete and can severely disable him. 2v1 situations early on are a way to block him in his lane, but beware if he has friends nearby as the tides will quickly change.
His focus should be high attack speed and critical chance if you want to ADC.

He is extremely tanky and should be played with that in mind, but is able to switch roles to easily become a huge damage dealer. Anti AD champions shut him down with enough planning.
Silver Fang: Damage: 30 (+40% AD) +5 each caster level.
Silver fang cannot be killed or targeted. Silver Fang follows Arashi around. He runs along side him on his right while he moves, and circles around him in a fluid dancing/running motion until he attacks with Arashi. When he attacks with Arashi he lunges at the target dealing damage to them. Silver Fang applies on hit effects.
Passive: Our Bond - Arashi and Silver fang grew up together. Training, eating, and sleeping together. On every second attack Silver Fang attacks with Arashi dealing bonus damage to target. When Arashi falls in combat Silver Fang will chase the last enemy who attacked him (Dealt the killing blow) for 1000 units at 50% increased movement speed. Adding Arashi's AD to his own for his attack which deals damage that ignores all armor and magic resist.
Silver Fang returns to Arashi and heals him for the amount dealt to enemy +10% Arashi's maximum health. If the enemy dies or flees Silver Fang attacks the next and nearest target. Silver Fang will always attack despite how much cooldown is left as it only applies to the revive.
Revive Cooldown: Static 230s
Note: I did the math using a champ Calculator with Alistair as the base. He has 123 Attack Damage at max lvl like Arashi. With the build I used up above with him his AD at lvl 18 would be 338 and Silver Fangs would be 250.2. Adding these together would be 588.2. This would deal only 588.2 damage to a champion, and unless they are injured won't KO them, and it would only heal Arashi for about 1/4th of his health.
Yes, this is true damage, but ALSO at MAX lvl AND full build, least for that build. I am explaining this so people don't say it is OP just because it is True Damage and it heals. The Damage is a sort of "Revenge" tactic while the heal is secondary for their bond and their new bodies along with a cooldown on the revive.
Q Blade of the Storm: Passive: Arashi and Silver Fang gain an AoE when they both attack. The AoE is an orange chain lightning. Active: Arashi channels the power of orange Lightning into his blade gaining extra damage and a range of 600. His basic attacks are now ranged. Each basic attack shooting a wave of electricity outwards. Using his target as a reference point for the wave which travels to the target and 400 units behind them damaging the enemies before, around, and after the enemy. Each wave is a half moon arc with 300 unit width/radius.
Extra Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% AD). Activate cost: 70/70/70/70/70 Cooldown on Active: 20s
W Inherit the Tempest: Passive: While out of combat every 3s Arashi gains 5% increased movement speed up to 100% increase. While running streaks of orange lightning begin to amass behind him growing in intensity as he moves. Entering combat resets this passive.
Passive Continued: Silver Fang gains a stack of electrical energy up to a max of 5 every time he attacks with Arashi. Once max stacks are reached the next attack he makes with Arashi he charges through enemies instead of just regular attacking. This charge does 10/30/50/70/90 (+20% AD) extra damage to all enemies he hits in his path. This path is straight from where Arashi is attacking and has a range of 400. The attack is animated by electrical shocks to the enemies.
Active: Activating this ability gives Arashi increased attack speed and an AoE in the form of orange lightning strikes around him every 2s that deal damage to all around him in a 250 unit radius.
Attack Speed increase: 20/25/30/35/40% Damage of AoE strikes: 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% AD) Duration of Active: 10s Cost: 100/100/100/100/100 Cooldown: 13s
Note: Silver Fang gains an electrical aura (Think of electricity in anime. How it jumps around the person or creatures body constantly.) This aura is always present, but grows stronger with each stack of the passive.
E Shatter the Gale: Arashi removes all slows, stuns, and cc effects and is immune to them for the next 3s. When activating he sends an electrical blast around him damaging in a shock wave damaging enemies and giving him a slight speed boost for 3s.
Silver Fang howls when activated as well.
Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+70% AD) Speed Bonus: 30/35/40/45/50% Radius: 400 Cost: 90/80/70/60/50 Cooldown: 7s
Note: Imagine his activation like when a Super Saiyan goes Super Saiyan. How they pull in their arms to their side like their breaking free of restraints and release a blast of Ki energy. It's just like that but it is orange and electrical.
R Awaken and Release!: Arashi sheaths his blade and crouches back in a stance as if to draw his weapon gathering power that causes an orange electrical storm around him in a 400 unit radius slowing those within it by 30%. Once at power Arashi unleashes his power in a large arc before him with a range of 900. This arc is a bunch of orange lightning strikes striking the ground with a wave of electricity following it from the blade. Damages all in its path.
Silver Fang roams the area within the radius of Arashi's charge. Attacking any champion or minion close to the radius or Arashi at will. Gaining 40% increase to movement and attack speed as well as gaining 30/50/70 extra AD. Also, Silver Fang absorbs any CC, slows, stuns, etc. Making Arashi invulnerable to them while charging.
Damage: 150/250/350 (+100% AD) Damage if released early: 100/200/300 (+50% AD) Cost upon release: 150/140/130 Cooldown: 100s
Note: This attack works just like Varus's Q except that the range is always 900. He can charge and release at anytime, but for max effect he must be charged full. This is seen just like Varus's Q. The skill AoE indicator charges up to show where the power is. This charge is slightly slower than Varus's Q. Note 2: For the animation think of a Samurai and how they draw back crouching to prepare for a quickdraw strike. That is what his animation is like except he is gathering electrical energy that is orange in color which charges his blade.
Arashi says "Awaken!" when sheathing and charging his ability. Then shouts "Release!" upon releasing this ability. It is meant to be a shout to his friend Viktor. A way of telling him to wake up and awaken from his delusions and for the insanity to release his friend so that he might regain his sense of self.
