Bermy, the mischievous builder (a turtling support that synergizes with other Yordles) Bermy is a Yordle who lives in Demacia. He is a young Yordle who is essentially a baby in Yordle years and ran away from his parents and doesnt even remember them. He lived his entire childhood hiding in the nooks and crannies of Demacia’s capital cities walls, only coming out occasionally to steal food. When he was detected by Poppy during a visit to the capital city, he was given a formal education and now has a job repairing the fortifications around Demacia and surrounding towns. His weapon is a really durable brick that he found in Demacia’s citadel that seems to be unbreakable.

Passive- Fortify Yordler- Bermy can spend gold to repair allied turrets. (CAN NOT REPAIR ALREADY DESTROYED TOWERS). In addition all Bermies spells give 15% additional bonuses to allied Yordle champions.

Q- Secret Passage- Bermy can jump to a nearby tower, inhibitor, ward, or Yordle ally Range: 800

W- Yordle Hider- Bermy enters true stealth for 5 seconds, and can only be detected by other enemy Yordles. While in stealth, his healthbar functions in a similar fashion as a item 3109 to the nearest allied champion. If he attacks he leaves stealth.

E- Baby Defender- Bermy inspires all nearby allied champions to defend him, granting them 30 armor and magic resist, and 60% attack speed.

R- Demacian Defense- Bermy inspires an allied turret for 15 seconds. During this time the tower’s range and vision is doubled and it shoots at triple speed, and all minions gold will be given to Bermy. True vision is given of all bushes within the towers range, even detecting Yordles like Teemo that are stealthed.

Stats: Bermy would deal physical damage and would be an offtank like Pyke but not as tanky. The attacks would be none ranged.

Greetings, A few notes,

Thematically I think this is really awkward, I see this as a baby who likes being near turrets and inspires pthers to defend him. Even though he is supposed to be someone who defends others.

Passive) This is basically a worse copy of Heimerdinger’s (old) secret passive where he repairs allied turrets slowly and passively.

Q) I don’t think this is very useful especially because it doesn’t do anything other than a short ranged teleport?

W) This is really random and I feel that it’s really off in his kit. Why would he have an ability like this?

E) I think this is a nice buff but I still think it feels thematically really off.

R) First of all, twice turret range would be really crewpy as it alters the gameplay a lot. Secondly, turrets already reveal invisible targets like Teemo passively. This is basically an ultimate version of the removed Summoner Spell called Fortify.

Fortify: Grants Invincibility to all allied turrets and causes them to attack 100% faster for 7 seconds. While Fortify is ready to cast, you deal 9 bonus damage to minions.

But I like the idea of this repair Yordle, so i think with a little revising of his abilities you can work it out.
