After much analysis, i feel that Senna needs to be buffed before hitting live

When I was looking at her raw numbers and data, it is clear that Senna is way to weak to be released like this. I just don’t want another situation like Syndra where the champ is incredibly weak and worthless. My proposed buff is that she her e should give a percentage armor pen buff of 50% to her allies inside with her, and that her w damage is increased by a small amount.
