Vandal Thresh

Does anyone remember, who's the support character in the valdal skin line? I can't remember one. So maybe the next Thresh skin will be the Vandal one? You know, the leather black jacket with spikes, burning skull (and a different skull being used as a lantern), chains, infernal flames making an infernal box of doom when he ults. An obvious reference is obvious. I really love the Blood Mon skin and now I'm gonna enjoy it the whole year till the next skin shows up.
