Champ Idea: The Anomaly

I'm not on forums all the time so maybe someone else had this idea before.

My idea for this champ is a minion that became sentient.

Skin is basically an over-sized minion.

QWER work similar to Udyr, transforming into the melee, ranged, cannon, and super minions.

Passive randomly buffs a lane minion nearby.

A simple idea I think but, could be very fun and I think Riot could have fun with the back story and skins.
