Selection screen report and kick NEEDED!

We need a troll protection in ranked selection screen.

I haven't experienced this a lot, but it's forced me to dodge 3 times in the last several weeks. Which impacts me negatively.

That's a copy and paste that this support typed during chat and then selected Shaco support just now.

Now to be fair, I've supported with Shaco before, successfully. So it's not so much that he selected Shaco, but that he did it while typing that. So to see this guys deal I looked him up on OPGG and he's 8 12, the games he won I looked at his team and he was clearly carried. He trolls consistently. He went on to type how Riot refuses to do anything about trolls so he's going to keep on doing it. I went on support but, there are no options to report players outside of the end of the game. One of the other players on the team is in their promo.

How are we suppose to defend against players like this? Just supposed to take it?

We need to have an option to majority kick a player. They can re-queue and have a chance to behave with no impact save their time, and it prevents the team from being trolled. Honestly, I think it would positively impact behavior more than the tribunal.

I wish I would have taken screen shots. OP was extremely toxic in champ select using racist and homophobic slurs because he didnt like our teams picks. Chat log has been edited to support his case.

The sad thing in this case is the OP and myself have an overall win rate within 2% of each other.... even though he is crying about my previous matches which in no way affect him at all.

Even more sad is the fact that someone on our team dodged due to this issue, and we didnt even play together. So how do I affect him in any way?

"I went on to support" - a clear lie since op.gg match history shows us with exactly zero (0) matches together.

"One of the other players on the team is in their promo." - was that your toxic duo partner? because in the 15 seconds that the lobby lasted, i doubt you looked up four people on op.gg to know that someone was in their promo.

I would like to add, I understand the danger of a system like this being misused to kick people because you dislike their choice. But, honestly the positives outweigh the negatives.

what if you could at least report someone in the lobby and then dodge, and if the person gets punished, you get lost LP back
