Champion Concept: Lavion The Abomination of the Sea

I was going to add a image but I decided I'll add one later.

Description: Mage/Tank Good Disruptor and Fight Initiator Early game is stronger than his late game (since you could build MR) He has trouble killing tanks and can focus on groups of people also he can peel for the adc.

We have had a good trading run, this week. Made all of our stops and we are reading to head back to BilgeWater. My men are happy to return but scared for what lies ahead. As captain I have decided to pass by the Lair of Lavion, my men say we should find another way but I think this could shave of hours. If we run into the beast we will kill it and return heroes. Or we will never be seen again.

The Captain's ship was found washed up on the shore and the letter in a chest.

Passive: Predator of Darkness Lavion is used to attacking without being seen and gains increased movement speed when not seen by enemy champions. If he has come out of combat he must wait 10 seconds until this passive is activated again.

Q: Pincer Attack / Clamp First active: Lavion swipes his claw in a cone dealing Magic damage and lavion gains mana for each enemy champion hit in the swipe. Damage (AP): 60/80/125/150/170 (60% AP Ratio) CD: 15/14/12/10/8 Cost: 60/70/75/80/90 Mana Gained Per hit 1= 10/20/30/40/50 2=15/30/45/60/75 3=20/40/60/80/100 4=25/50/75/100/125 5=30/60/90/120/150

Second Activation: If Lavion hits an enemy champion with Pincer attack, he can reactivate the ability to grab one of his victims (If in range) and stun them for 1 - 5 seconds based on how many enemy champions were hit. The range would be his auto attack range or a little further than that.

Ult Form Q: Lavion Swipes three times in a selected direction dealing 10% increased damage per swipe. (cannot activate again for the stun.)

W: Oil Lantern / Burning Flesh First Activation: Lavion throws one his lanterns on his belt at a targeted area and spreads oil on impact. The oil makes that area hard to maneuver. causes the enemy champon to slide in one direction. (so if I'm running over it I cant stop moving to move another direction, until I'm across the oil or I hit a wall). CD: 18/17/15/13/11 seconds Cost: 100/115/130/140 Mana Second Activation: Lavion throws a match onto the oil causing it to ignite and burn enemy champions for percent of their health. Percent of Health Damage 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% (20% AP Ratio) (Activating this of course removes the effect of the first activation)

Ult Form W: Lavion Throws four lanterns randomly infront of him igniting 2 and keeping the other 2 unignited.

E: Tail Whip / Coral Spike First Activation: Lavion Whips his tail in circle knocking enemies back and creates a pool of water under each enemy hit. (takes 2 second for the pool to form and last for 8 seconds.) Cost: 50/60/70/75/85 CD: 12/11/10/9/8 Cost: 50/60/75/80/90 Second Activation: Lavion creats coral spikes to erupt from the pools of water dealing damage to any enemy standing over the pool. Damage: 80/100/115/135/150 (80% AP Ratio)

Ult Form E: Lavion creates a pool of water under each champion regardless of range and summons a spike dealing half of the damage it normally would do.

R: The Beast That Sleeps Lavion Awakens the beast within him and gains 50% increased AP and All his abilities change. This form last for 8/12/15 seconds and is reduced by half if he is out of combat. Lavion gains Magic Resist and Armor depending on how many enemy champions are near him. 1 = 10/20/30 2 = 15/30/45 3 = 20/40/60 4 = 25/50/75 5 = 30/60/90 But has reduced Movement speed -20%

ROLES: Top / Mid / Jungle (Maybe Support)

Counters Pretty Much any mobile CHAMPION!

Does Good against squishy people and not so mobile champions.
