Champion Concept -- Garo The Exiled Prophet

The picture shows you what I figured he would look like. (credit goes to the person who drew it of course. Its really good.)

Lore: Garo was a young prophet among the great empire of Shurima. He was loved by the people but hated by the gods. Garo gave the people his love, he helped the poor and gave them hope. He was a respected man but the gods schemed, to make sure he disappears. Apparently the gods wanted him to stop helping the people so they could be asked and worshiped. So one of the gods set a curse upon him. The whispers of pain and agony course through Garo's head driving him to madness. Garo tried to act like the whispers weren't there but he couldn't resist forever eventually he broke down during a ritual. The people looked in shock as Garo started to scream and wither in pain. Azir emperor of Shurima casted Garo out declaring him a mad man. Garo wandered the dunes in pain and weak. Garo barely made a week out there. As Garo was getting ready to lay down on the hot sand and close his eyes to wait for death, He noticed a figure pointing at the caverns south of his position. Garo gathered all his strength left and slowly walked to the cavern. After hours of walking Garo arrived at the caverns entrance, tired and ready to pass out. The shadowy figure took Garo's hands and led him into the darkness. They traveled down into the depths of the mountain, it was cold and silent except for the voices in Garo's head. They entered a huge Room, that followed along a underground river. Garo quickly drank from the water thirsty from him trip, suddenly the voices stopped. Garo thanked the figure, but the figure wasn't done with him, the figure asked Garo if he wanted to take revenge on the god that cursed him. Garo thought about the idea of taking his place as the Prophet of Shurima and proving himself to Azir. So he agreed, the figured chuckled and grabbed Garo's head. HE brought Garo down to his knees and began to chant words, he opened Garo's mouth and began to suck out Garo's soul. After he was done Garo began to scream in pain, he started to take off his clothes to scratch his back. When he began scratching,Wings began to expand from his back darker than the night. HIs skin started to turn pale as withered bones, And his eyes burned as bright as the sun. Garo was transformed. The figure gave him a gift far greater than anything he could've have gotten. Garo calmed down eventually and was checking his new body. Garo heard voices shouting in his mind "The gods are worthless!" "false gods they are!" "Kill them all now!". Garo smiled and replied "Yes, they will die...."

Passive: Godly Form When Garo maxes a skill he gains an additional affect for that skill.(simple) Mana cannot be held within his body. So he has to use the power of anger and the sun.

Q: Flames of Ra Garo empowers his auto to call down a ray of fire burning all enemies around the target and dealing magic damage. Damage: 40/50/60/75/90 (60% AP) Burn: 5/10/15/20/25 (40% AP) Cooldown: 19/18/16/14/12 Cost: Vengeance 30/35 Maxed: The flame then creates a field of flame healing allies in the circle for 10% of their max health. Cannot occur more than 30 seconds

W: Night/Day (Toggle) NIght: In night form Garo gains increased Armor and Magic Resist (He looks like the picture above) Day: During day form Garo loses the armor and resist but gains Increased Ability power (Garo is more brighter and less dark, also white wings and golden skin.)

Night armor/magic resist: 10/15/20/25/30 (10% AP) Night Cost: None Day Ability Power: 5%/7%/10%/12%/15% for 5 seconds Day Cost: 50% of remaining Vengeance Maxed: When you toggle to night/day you gain movement speed. 10% E: Ray Blast Garo shoots out a bolt of sun fire in a straight line (You have 2 charges) Damage: 40/50/60/70/80 (80% AP) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Cost: 10/15 Vengeance Maxed: The ray gains increased range.

R: Prophet of Shurima Garo Enters into his old prophet ways Healing allies nearby and giving them a burn on damage (buff).(cannot heal himself)

Heal: 150/250/350 (40% AP) Cost: All Vengeance Cooldown: 2 min/2 min 30 sec/3 min Maxed: Enemies that are around Garo are blinded for 2 seconds Playstyle: Mage/Support

He is a strong support or mage, depending on how you build him. He does do burst but he relies on regeneration for his Vengeance, so he can be poked after he uses a combo. His counter is High burst damage since his ult doesn't heal him, and his combos are expensive. If you are playing him use your combos when you know they cant retaliate against you. Also be aware that yes you do damage but you have no escapes or CC.

Casting Q "The sun courses through my body." "I must destroy all gods." "The sun condemns you to the flames."

Casting W "The night is so cold." "The sun is so bright." "My skins is like the stone in a dark cavern.." "My mind sees the truth."

Casting E "Stand Still." "Does it burn?" "There is more!"

Casting Ult "Follow me and I will shower you with hope!" "Those under my wing shall be saved."

Seeing Enemy Gods: Azir Enemy: "YOU CAST ME OUT NOW YOU WILL BEG FOR MERCY!" Azir Ally: "I will show you why, you made a mistake banishing me!"

Renekton Enemy: "Are you the one who cursed me!" Renekton Ally: "I will help you for now."

Nasus Enemy: "I will kill you abomination." Nasus Ally: "Be a good dog and follow orders."

Sivir Enemy: "I loved you once now I despise you.." Sivir Ally: "Even fate draws me closer to you in more than one way."
