(Champion Concept) Scul The Red Demon
Scul does look like the picture above but instead of white hair i was thinking red hair.
Details: Scul is a top fighter who relies on his pure burst or an assassin who picks of targets who aren't prepared.
The Inside Info: Scul is a fighter/assassin he excels in a 1 v 1 if used right. He has no escapes or tanky ability's making him vulnerable to ganks and build/champs that are too bursty. If he is played in the jng his passive wont help him seeing that it is pretty strong early game. Also his passive is only strong if he gets 10 kills or more. scul is also very weak early game since he has high cooldowns, you can also deny him farm which would also deny him to use his passive regen. So he can snowball if fed early. late game when people build tanky items his dmg could fall off or his one shot potential. Also his most Efficient combo would be W>E>Q>Auto>Auto>Auto. This combo gives him the most Dmg. so if he has used one or two ability's already you can get the upper hand in a fight. Ganks also can help keep him from getting ahead since he has no escapes. Also he inst to frustrating to play against since he isn't strong against a lot of champs but he can be if played well of course. His ability's are mixes of other champ ability's. The theme is blood of course i tried to make him differ from aatraox and Vladimir. since blood is used in their theme. He doesn't remind me of any champ that i could think of. But if there are so similarities its because i like how it fits with his kit.
Passive: The Scythe's Hunger Scul's scythe devours its victims blood when ever he kills a minion or enemy champion. when scul kills a minion he regens 10 hp over 2 seconds, if he kills a champion he gains 5 ad and regens 10% of his health over 10 second. (AD bonus stack max's at 30)=30 kills
Q: Slice Through Scul charges up his swing for 5 seconds until releasing it upon recast or it is fully charged. If it is charged fully he deals 5% of their hp as physical damage and ignores armor reduction. Damage: 50/75/90/110/135 (50% AD) CD:16/14/12/10/8 Cost (Mana): 50/55/60/70/80
W: Demon Walk Scul steps into the shadows and teleports behind an enemy and fears them for 1 second. Scul also gains 10% bonus movement speed (last for 5 seconds). Helps gank lanes and gives him some mobility Cost: 20/30/40/45/50 CD: 20/18/16/14/12
E:Feeding the Hunger/Gluttony Active: Scul's scythe creates a link of blood sucking it out of the enemies body dealing physical damage over 5 seconds. If the channel completes scul heals for half the damage and his next 3 autos are guaranteed crits. (You can still auto and cast q and w while channeling.) Damage: 70/90/120/140/160 (30% AD) CD: 25/23/21/19/17 Cost:70/65/60/55/50
Passive: When Scul Crits he gains a stack of Glutton if he reaches 10 stacks of Glutton he gains a shield for 10% of his health but he cannot crit for 20 seconds. (Shield last 10 seconds.)
R: The Blood of the Saint Scul lets his scythe consume his blood turning him into the scythes true form. (grows huge spikes on his back and a spiky tail). During his ult his W is on a 7 second Cd and if he kills a champion he reduces the Cd on his W. Also Scul has a aura of blood that corrupts targets around him and give them a debuff that increases the damage they take by 10%.

Lore: There are many men who are killers and disturbed. Jhin the serial killer in Ionia was called The Golden Demon, he left what he calls art behind when he took a life but there was another demon told to be located in Noxus. This demon was a mad man with a dangerous weapon, it was said that a demon in black armor wielding a red scythe would wonder at night and slay 5 people a day. the scenes were oddly clean and there was no blood to be found anywhere. There were only bodies with huge gashes on the chest and backs of those who ran. The Noxus military spent months to a year finding who is behind this. To their surprise the supposed demon came to them one night, it was raining and the gentle breeze was like ice slowly moving across their skin. The soldiers who saw the demon were surprised to see a boy standing there with his scythe. The soldiers ordered the boy to put down his scythe and they would grant him a swift death. The boy turned his back to them and started to talk to himself "are you hungry?" the soldiers started to move in on him. The boy heard the clattering of the armor and turned around to face them. The boy drew back his scythe and whispered "Their scent is wonderful." and swung his scythe. The scythe sliced through all of the men with easy severing limbs and cutting some men in half, the boy had a demented smile on his face while cutting down the soldiers in front of him. The alley had no longer been the color it was. It now was covered in blood and a river of blood spread to the street. The boy raised his scythe and told himself "Feast" the scythe started glowing bright red and all of the blood in the alley was slowly beginning to be sucked to the blade. The blood was soon engulfed by the scythe and the alley was clean of blood. A soldier who was hiding behind a pillar peeked out to see the boy standing in front of him. The soldier feel to his knees and begged for his life. The boy seemed to ignore him and walked past him to the street. The soldier turned to him with tears flowing down his face and a grateful smile and said "Thank You". The boy heard him mutter those words and smiled replying with "Your blood is tainted, you are going to die soon anyways." and vanished into the night. This report was ignored due to a boy being the killer but some of the officers believed it and were cautious about chasing down the boy. Today there are reports of the bloodless murders around all of runeterra. Maybe this boy is looking for something or someone...
