Can we see a mastery rework?

I'd like to see Mastery reworked into a competitive stance. After say, 100 games with a specific champ, your KDA and stats are then filtered into a rank system with every other player of that champ.

Rankings can start at 1000th, and once you enter the top 1000 you can get a champ border or emote showing your ranking with said champ. Once you're in the top 100, it gets more flashy, same with top 10 and then 3,rd, 2nd, and the #1 player of said champion.

This makes mastery more relative to what it actually means to be a master and where you stand.
