Could we have access to a 10 man surrender option?

Say blue team had an important role go 0-2 and quit the game 4 minutes in. I think by that time, the team with the deficit should be allowed to request an early surrender, which will then prompt the opposing team to "Accept their surrender." or not

No one, especially in ranked, likes to sit there after someone thrashed the game for a whole 20 minutes +.
