Well, this was my first champion idea, even based my summoner name on it. But it happens to be my third champion suggestion. As you may see, my english still broken. Sorry for all mistakes i do, it is hard writing in foreign language.

Pictures are from card game called YU-GI-OH.

Champion's roles: mage, support Stats order: AP > HP > Armor > Attack speed > Movement speed (after buying boots) > Health regen Suggested items: item 3003 item 3504 item 3742 item 2301 item 3158 item 3151 item 3100 item 3190 item 3285 item 3115 item 3089 item 3143 item 3800 item 3027 item 3116 item 3065 item 3068 item 3135 item 3083 item 3152 item 3157

Passive: Divided Divinity While at your base, you can change bodies. You have two bodies: Fallen and Risen (you start game in Fallen body, only one body can be in play at one time). Each of those bodies have different set of abilities and their own life force. When you get killed in one body, you automatically take control of other living body in your base. Each body have its own respawn timer, however it takes 50% longer than normal for each of your bodies to respawn. If both of your bodies got killed, then automatically take control of the body who will respawn first.

Fallen Passive: Right Hand Of Chaos Your basic attacks deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 (+ 35% of AP) (- 50% of Magic Resist, excluding magic resist gained from other friendly champions) magic damage. This damage replaces your basic attack damage. Your basic attacks can not be critical. Also, your basic attack shred magic resist from your target reducing his magic resist by 5% and causing him to suffer 20 / 30 / 40 (+ 10% of AP) magic damage over 5 seconds, stacks up to 4 times.

Risen Passive: Shining Sword Of Order Your basic attack heals nearby most damaged friendly champion for 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 (+ 5% of AP) health per basic attack. Also, heal yourself for 20% (+1% per 100 bonus health) of all healing you do to other friendly champions. In addition, every time you heal an allied champion, gain one stack. When you reach 10 stacks, your next basic attack will consume them causing your basic attack to deal 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 (+ 15% of your maximum health) (+ 35% of AP) bonus magic damage and stun your target for 1 second. After stacks are consumed, it can't gain stacks for another 10 seconds.

|Healing range: 500|

~~ ~~

Fallen Q: Chaotic Chomp Your next basic attack gains bonus range and deals 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+ 25% of AP) bonus magic damage. Using this ability gives one stack. At 4 stacks, this ability morphs into range skill shot, which deals 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 / 240 (+ 60% of AP) magic damage to first enemy hit. Also, any form of this ability deals bonus true damage based on this formula: Enemy's magic resist - your magic resist (excluding magic resist gained from other friendly champions).

|Bonus range: 100| |Range: 920| |Mana cost: 30| |Cooldown: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 seconds|

Risen Q: Light Of Cleansing Heal targeted friendly champion for 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 30% of AP) health and remove one damage over time effect from him. Using this ability gives one stack. At 4 stacks, this ability morphs into aoe heal, which heals allies in targeted area for 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 40% of AP) health, removes one damage over time effect from each ally and blinds enemies for 1 second.

|Range: 500| |Morphed radius: 250| |Mana cost: 45| |Cooldown: 8 seconds|

~~ ~~

Fallen W: Sacrifice For Power Damage yourself and temporally reduce your magic resist by 30%. This ability lasts for 4 seconds.

|Health cost: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140| |Cooldown: 8 seconds|

Risen W: Sacrifice For Hope Target a friendly champion transferring him a part of your health, healing him for 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 (+ 15% of your current health) (+ 50% of AP) health. You can't use this ability on yourself. You do not receive healing through Shining Sword Of Order via this ability.

|Range: 500| |Health cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 (+ 15% of your current health)| |Cooldown: 14 seconds|

~~ ~~

Fallen E: Twisted Twister Target a direction and move towards it, while transformed into twister of dark energy. Nearby enemies suffers 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 (+ 20% of AP) magic damage every 0.5 seconds and enemy projectiles touched by you gets destroyed. You can cancel this ability by reactivating it. Also, you move 20/ 15 / 10 / 5 / 0% slower while transformed. You can use Sacrifice For Power while transformed.

If you take fatal damage from this ability or while this ability is active, then you transform into pure light for 3 seconds. While transformed you are immune to all damage and regenerate 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 (+ 10% of AP) health every second. You can't move or perform any actions while transformed.

|Range: 600| |Mana cost: 80| |Cooldown: 26 seconds|

~~ ~~

Fallen R: Plasma Overload Overload yourself with power for 5 seconds. While overloaded, your basic attacks releases chain lightnings who bounce up to 3 times, each bounce deals 20 / 35 / 50 (+ 10% of AP) magic damage. Enemies damage by this ability gets confused for 3 seconds. While confused, every time they use an ability, they receive 30 / 35 / 40 (+ 10% of AP) magic damage.

Passive: while overloaded, your Twisted Twister transformation allows you to use all of your abilities while transformed (and active items) and increase your movement speed by 10 / 15 / 20%.

|Range: 350| |Mana cost: 90| |Cooldown: 90 seconds|

Risen R: Fog Of Revival Create a magical for around yourself for 3 seconds. This fog moves as you move, so are always in the center of it. This fog is treated as a bush, but hides only friendly champions. Also, heal friendly champions in your fog for 80 / 90 / 100 (+ 20% of AP) health every second while they remain in your fog. You do not receive healing through Shining Sword Of Order via this ability. Also, if friendly champions attack an enemy while in fog, then only that champion will be revealed and other champions who are out of combat will not be revealed.

Passive: while this ability is active, you can use normal form of Light Of Cleansing to damage your targeted enemy, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% of AP) magic damage to him. Also, while this ability is active, Sacrifice For Hope health cost is reduced by 40 / 50 / 60%.

|Radius: 250| |Mana cost: 100| |Cooldown: 110 seconds|

~~ ~~

Secret power passive: Fused Divinity When you get 10 champion kills and 10 kill assist, or more, then this secret passive kicks in, changing some of your abilities. Right Hand Of Chaos and Shining Sword Of Order fuses into one single passive for both forms, but you will not be able to heal yourself via Shining Sword Of Order while in Fallen form. Sacrifice For Power heals the most damaged friendly champion, except you, for 100% of its health cost. Holy Shelter cause shielded champion to deal 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 15% of AP) magic damage every second to nearby enemies (300 unit range).

~~ ~~

#Abilities explanations

~~ ~~

Right Hand Of Chaos replaces your normal physical AD scaling basic attacks with AP scaling magic damage dealing basic attacks. With this passive you no longer deal physical damage with your basic attacks and AD items/runes/masteries/buffs becomes useless to you. -50% magic resist means that with lower magic resist you deal more damage. The more you are exposed and vulnerable, the more damage you will dead. This is pretty much sadomasochistic form, so passive clearly represents it.

Shining Sword Of Order on the other hand, do not replace your AD scaling basic attacks, but cause them to heal mostly injured nearby friendly champion. If it happens to be you, who is mostly damaged (have lowest % of max health currently), then you are healed. Pretty good tool for bruiser, but second part of passive (damaging one) will not cause you to collect stats if you heal yourself.

Right Hand Of Chaos + Shining Sword Of Order Fallen form. Both passive triggers as they should, but you will never be treated as the most damaged friendly champion, so you can't heal yourself even if you are alone. This is, because Fallen form is about losing health (only healing it have is R) and unnecessary healing would be bad for it.

Sacrifice For Power is buff+debuff kind of ability. Buff gives you bonus AP based on your total AP and AP based on how much health you have lost (Formula: (Base AP + Bonus AP form health missing) + Bonus AP based on total AP)). Debuff lowers your magic resist thus increasing dmage done from your passive and allowing you lose health/gain AP faster. Again, sadomasochistic theme here. Also, it have HP, instead of MP, cost.

Twisted Twister normal form is mainly to block skill shots and damage minion waves. A little bit similar to Wind Wall, this ability should be used against enemy champion with hard poke. However, Twisted Twister + Plasma Overload form is much more powerful, because it allows faster movement and you will be able to use all of your abilities while transformed. So, aiming it correctly you could deal pretty high AOE damage, and try to focus one closest enemy using Chaotic Chomp on him. Twisted Twister is the only real defensive tool in Fallen form's kit, but it is an offensive tool as well.

Holy Shelter damage transfer will not stop when you transform into pure light. However, while transformed you are immune to all damage, so you could say that that damage gets negated completely.

Fused Divinity is meant as final advancement/upgrade allowing your two form to partly fuse into one. Each form gets some sort of upgrade in what they are lacking: Fallen forms becomes more team friendly and gets more power to support others; Risen form becomes more aggressive and gets more ways to deal damage. I view this secret passive similarly to Wild Hunt, when Kha'Zix can evolve one more of his abilities. This is not super big change or overpowered boost. It doesn't change much how each form is played, and it only makes them a little better.

#Story

~~ ~~

Before time Long long time ago, when three ancient divines roamed universe, two of those divines started to fight each other. Divine Of Order and Divine Of Chaos. These two fought each other long and tirelessly, for many years, tearing parts of each other. These parts fallen into many different world, creating chaos or order in them. No one world was invaded by both parts. Nevertheless, big parts of those divines fell into a massive start, they they met again, fought again. However, these parts of the divines were too small to fight for long, they got tired and the star happily swallowed them up. For millenniums they were locked in the heart of the start, but every start dies sooner or later.

As star grow bigger and started to fuse heavier elements, its core become more and more dense, squeezing everything inside. Hotter and hotter, but more unstable, until the start finally exploded, leaving massive cloud of hot plasma with many different elements in it and the core. Core was dense, full of energy and rapidly spinning while projecting outwards radiation beams out of its poles. Yet, the core was too small, to contain divine power in it. Soon after star exploded, so did the core, releasing newly born god of chaos and order. However, still without mind of his own, he ventured into cosmos aimlessly, until one planned happened to be in his way. That planet was Runeterra.

~~ ~~

After Time When this new god landed in Valoran, he found many things. Humans, plants, water, air, magic, demons, angles and many more. He observed them, tried to learn what they are and he is.They kept his distance from people, observing them from a far, but existence of a new god couldn't be overseen. First to encounter this new got was a demon priest Kahalen. He greeted the god, offered to help him and serve him. Day by day, Kahalen served this god, while secretly observing, watching and planing to take control of this god.

One day Kahalen managed to trick new god into his ritual, where Kahalen tried to absorb this god into himself. But, power of chaos and order was too grate for him to take in and demon priest was splint into two, as the power of god got split. Two new entities were born out of god and Kahalen: everything which was evil was poured into Fallen; everything which was good was poured into Risen. However, these two entities couldn't share one world, so instead of existing at the same time and place, they divided time for each other. Alternative universe were created. In one universe Fallen walked, in the other universe Risen was. Each other them can change places with each other, but they both can't exists in one single universe. That is how they become divided.

~~ ~~

Risen He made friends with celestials and angels (Kayle, Soraka, etc) while working for good and order. He was welcomed into Demacia and become symbol of order. His whole existence radiated with strength and caring, because he does everything he can to protect people from harm. Whenever war starts, he is the first one to stop it: by reason, negotiations or by force. He value life above everything else. His words: The strong are this way for a reason. That reason is not to harm other, but to protect other from hard. Strength is given, it is a gift we must share. Stand tall, stand strong, protect this world, life of people, life of this planet, stand united for the better world. Each life is precious, each life is worth protection, because if the strong can't protect even a single life, then they do not deserve their strength. If you can't stand for something, if you can't save everyone you can, then you will fall for anything. This world needs hope, and i am ready to carry in on my shoulders.

~~ ~~

Fallen Vile, twisted, crazy son of a... well, chaos. Explosions, suffering, even murder is just an amusement for him. He is unpredictable, chaotic being. One time he could help you, other time he could slowly boil you in oil. His mood and opinion changes hundreds times per day. He is opposite of opposite of opposite. Nothing he does or says makes sense, because he is chaos itself. His words: What is so bad, if i have a little fun? Life is too boring, to be only on one side. I may help you, i may hinder you, isn't this uncertainty fun? I may be your best friend, or your worst nightmare. Loosen up a little, don't be so serious. You know, life is a game. If you play it boringly, then you lose. This game is about having as much fun as you can. It offers no fun, if you don't encounter challenges, unexpected twists and turns. What is the point of living a life as a single line? My life is a random drawing made by three years old. I have no other meaning, other than simple pure fun.

There is a lot of unnecessary fat here that could use a good trimming, but over all I like the concept. +1 from me good sir/madam. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Thanks. I will try to update this champion and make him better.

I agree with Senteth its a lot of effort. I dont wanna read it now. But i ask,

-Is there a move that will blow peoples head out, and have riot open their thinking factory -Does his story link with other champions, and/or expand the world of runeterra which helps Riot get higher in the game(more room for ideas is better than an ultimate skin) -Does it make people hate it for being too good, and also make people love it?( and do the ones that love it defend it)<-- this means your idea is winning -What skin concepts do you bring for him? -Does his name mean anything? -Does his title fit?

Now tell me how you have all this, and how im wrong,Then you truly have an idea worthy of Riot. I think the double personality is good, not only is it something riot is trying to work on, but its something that might get Dota 2 and HoTs players into this game.

Wouldnt be surprised if they hired you. Well thats all Good LUCK

~~ ~~ Sorry if my english be bad, but i try to answer your questions as good as i can.

  1. I don't think it may be so strong, because i am not game designer. Riot have more experience in this and i am just a single person. Maybe dual champion with two different/opposite side by something new, but there are already champion who have two form with different ability set in each form. Maybe Fallen W and Risen R are something which haven't been done before, but i don't think it would blow mind of Riot.

  2. Sorry, didn't understand this one. His lore is about how two opposite forces created a new god, how he went into Runettera, got separated into two different bodies, and new alternative universe was created, becuase each body couldn't exists in same universe. If you are asking if that is relevant, then yes, because two universe can change separately, so two different versions of same person could appear in same universe.

  3. Some people said it is good, so maybe. I don't understand what are you asking.

  4. Well, it have two base skins: chaotic and order. However, because he is opposite of each other, so his skin could be. Fir+ice, metal+fur, rock+glass, female+male, wolf+sheep, toy soldier+plush toy, technologically advanced+medieval, zombie+zombie killer, and so on.

  5. Yes it does. It represents of what each part is. Plasma is unpredictable, wild, destructive, hot, passionate, bright, explosive, may create and destroy, gives light and burns (and this champion was born in the start). Fog is calm, mysterious, wide reaching, but slow in his actions, fog hides everything and paint it white, it soother and calms, yet it can hive evil. Even if he is divided, there is still two sides of everything. Secret passive even allows them to merge a little.

  6. I hope so. I have no idea how to give it. Just put what i thought sounded cool.

Sure.

Edit: Do you want me to be supportive or brutally honest? Don't get me wrong I like a lot of your ideas, but when I get into the nitty gritty aspects of a concept I can get a little... Harsh.

Okay first of all, the anti MR sentiment is a awful way to make fallen less tanky.

1: It either makes him far too powerful against AD champs or far too vulnerable to AP champs. You may try to say that champs like Rammus are also weighted towards AD match ups, but at least Rammus has the option to counter build against AP should he need it, Plasma however... would not.

2: It doesn't even work if you do want him to be incredibly weak against AP champs. Mostly because almost all defensive AP items are geared towards HP anyway, so all you’re going to accomplish is locking him out of effectively using items like item 3001, item 3060, item 3028, item 3026, item 3111, item 3140, item 3091, and item 3065 for really no good reason.

3: It adds some extremely unnecessary potential for griefing, even unintentional griefing. Do you know how many spells/items boost the MR of allies? I know I know, you could implement some strange “MR from his items only” sort of thing, but that would get confusing, unfun, and unintuitive real fast.

No, the best way to make fallen less tanky is with health cost, naturally low base stats, and/or a lack of the survival tools he has while in risen.

My second main concern is that a lot of his skills are a bit over loaded with bits and pieces that quite frankly… Don’t really do much but add extra complexity without even affecting his play or counterplay patterns.

This part is good, it establishes a theme, and makes him unique and interesting right from the get go.

If I were to change one thing then I would give him a special item available in the shop called ‘the rite of rebirth’ that would let him switch to his other body, unless it is currently dead.

This item would be free of course, and would be automatically used upon purchase, similar to buying a consumable elixir while your inventory is full.

Other wise I just see people charging into towers as a cheesy method of switching bodies. Heck if switching is intended to be a bit more restricted, than you could have the rite of rebirth put your current body on death timer, and make it just a convenient way of saving you a trip to the nearest enemy tower.

FALLEN

Fallen Passive: Right Hand Of Chaos Your basic attacks deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 (+ 35% of AP) (- 50% of Magic Resist) magic damage.

It’s pretty clear how this is supposed to affect his play pattern, but there is a lot of unnecessary stuff here. Also, again, anti MR is a bad idea. So I would restructure it to be like this.

Fallen Passive: Right Hand Of Chaos Your basic attacks deal 15 (+100% of AD) (+ 35% of AP) magic damage, 30 (+150% of AD) (+ 70% of AP) on crits. This damage replaces your normal basic attack damage, but still applies all on hit effects. If you strike an enemy champion or large monster then they will lose 5% of their magic resist for 5 seconds, stacks up to 4 times.

Not having the AD ratio here was a little weird seeing as how it replaces your basic attacks, and although 100% AD is not going to make AD or hybrid Plasma viable, it will help keep his basic attack damage more consistent between his two forms.

Letting it crit is more optional, but something that I always thought would be cool is an AP crit champion, and I think Plasma could really work well with that even if just as a fun off build. Heck, you could even take it one step further and make risen’s passive heal double on crits. Just a thought.

Also, any form of this ability deals bonus true damage based on this formula: Enemy's magic resist - your magic resist. |Bonus range: 100| |Range: 920| |Mana cost: 30| |Cooldown: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 seconds|

I actually like this one, you know, apart from the tacked on true damage that makes it even harder for either him or his enemies to itemize against each other.

Wait hold on? Bonus range 100, and total range 920!

Does that mean he isn’t melee? Not only that but has a freakin 820 base range?! Ah… I’m just going to assume that’s a typo and move on…

Fallen W: Sacrifice For Power Damage yourself and temporally reduce your magic resist by 30%. While this ability lasts, you gain 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18% of your ability power as bonus ability power, + 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 bonus ability power per 1% of your missing health (maximum effect reached at 50% of your maximum health). This ability lasts for 4 seconds. |Health cost: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140| |Cooldown: 8 seconds|

I like this ability as well, but you know what? This would actually work better as a toggle. Like, a toggle with a max or current % health cost per second.

While active your total AP would be increased by X%, and you would gain an additional X AP for every X% of your missing health. Possibly also some movement speed as well to help you get into battle. Just no self MR shred, or at least have him lose both MR and armor.

|Maximum duration: 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 seconds| |Maximum range: 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900| |Radius of damage: 180| |Mana cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70| |Cooldown: 8 seconds|

Okay I both love, and hate this one. On one hand it’s super cool, but on the other hand... it’s out of hand. I mean, it completely stops projectiles AND has a freaking 8 second cooldown! I don’t want to bicker over numbers cause they’re flexible and all but, realy? That’s just so way way way off the mark.

What I do like is that it’s a sort of Garen spin that you have to cancel to stop or change direction, and the idea if intercepting projectiles is also rather nice because it gives him at least a little utility in fallen form, although completely absorbing them is a little much.

Also what do you mean by (Maximum range 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900)? Is there a hard cap should he have a lot of movement speed? If so why? It wouldn't give him any undue power, and I for one would have a blast using homeguards to super speed down lane as a swirling twirling flash cloud, even if there is no practical reason to.

Anyway this is what I would have it as.

Fallen E: Twisted Twister Transform into a twister of dark energy, and move in a target direction at 80/90/100/110/120% of your movement speed for 3 seconds. Nearby enemies take 10/20/30/40/50 (+ 20% of AP) magic damage every 0.5 seconds and enemy projectiles touched by you get intercepted. Intercepted projectiles will apply only 70/65/60/55/50% of their damage and crowd control after this ability finishes. You can cancel this ability early by reactivating it. |Radius of damage: 180| |Mana cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70| |Cooldown: 25 / 23 / 22 / 21 / 20 seconds|

Now this may still be off when it comes to numbers, but it’s probably a bit closer to reasonable.

Fallen R: Plasma Overload Overload yourself with power for 5 seconds. While overloaded, you deal 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 20% of AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and regenerate 50 / 70 / 90 (+ 15% of AP) health, every second. Enemies damage by this ability gets confused for 3 seconds. While confused, every time they use an ability, they receive 30 / 35 / 40 (+ 5% of AP) magic damage. Passive: while overloaded, your Twisted Twister transformation allows you to use all of your abilities while transformed (and active items) and increase your movement speed by 10 / 15 / 20%. |Range: 350| |Mana cost: 90| |Cooldown: 90 seconds|

Now this just feels all over the place and is the only fallen form ability that I don’t like the core concept of. I mean it has damage, random healing that can’t even be relied upon due to the long cooldown, mechanics changing buffs for one and only one of his abilities?

I would rather have a Nidalee style form change ult then this TBH. Or preferably, a completely different ult, designed from the ground up.

Darn text limit... I'll continue then in a part 2

RISEN

Risen Passive: Shining Sword Of Order Your basic attack heals nearby most damaged friendly champion for 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 (+ 5% of AP) health per basic attack. Also, heal yourself for 20% (+1% per 100 bonus health) of all healing you do to other friendly champions. In addition, every time you heal an allied champion, gain one stack. When you reach 10 stacks, your next basic attack will consume them causing your basic attack to deal 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 (+ 15% of your maximum health) (+ 35% of AP) bonus magic damage and stun your target for 1.4 seconds. After stacks are consumed, it can't gain stacks for another 10 seconds. |Healing range: 500|

Ya… You have tangled this up with way more pieces then necessary. The healing has a lot of depth/power all on its own, so he really does not need a stun here as well. Also, that healing range is really short considering that he will almost always be paired up with a ranged carry. Here try this instead.

Risen Passive: Shining Sword Of Order Your basic attack heal you for 10 per level (+ 15% AP) (+10% bonus health) health per basic attack. If you strike an enemy champion or epic monster then you will heal the nearby most damaged friendly champion as well. |Healing range: 900|

There, this preserves the interesting auto attack healer/scrapper play style while not being so overbearing.

Risen Q: Light Of Cleansing Heal targeted friendly champion for 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 35% of AP) health and remove one damage over time effect from him. |Range: 500| |Morphed radius: 250| |Mana cost: 45| |Cooldown: 6 seconds|

I don’t know… He already has a heal on his basic attacks, I don’t think he needs a 0 risk healing spell on top of that. Maybe on something that is designed for clutch saves and has a long cooldown. Just not here, not on his Q. Instead maybe a sort CC? Perhaps here would be a better place to put that stun.

Is healing the only thing Risen does? Like, seriously, Soraka is league’s resident healer, and she doesn't even heal as much as this guy.

Risen E: Holy Shelter Put a shield on friendly champion for 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3 seconds. While shield lasts, all damage taken by that champions is transferred to you.

You know… I think a reworked version of this would be a better iteration of Sacrifice For Hope. Like, make it a toggle that, while active, causes Plasma to absorb damage dealt to nearby allies at a reduced rate.

You don’t need the self revive because that would just get infuriating real fast for the opponent. Just make it so the thing automatically turns off when he drops below a certain % of health.

Yes I know you would need to make something else to replace Holy Shelter, but he needs more actual utility anyway.

Risen R: Fog Of Revival Create a magical for around yourself for 3 seconds. This fog moves as you move, so are always in the centre of it. |Radius: 300| |Mana cost: 100| |Cooldown: 110 seconds|

This ability has a bit more promise than Plasma Overload, but it still has a lot of junk tacked onto it. Also, I don’t think you realize how incredibly powerful stealth is, especially stealth for team mates. Heck, even a single target ally stealth would suck up a good portion of a champions power budget. So your three options would be to either- A: Leave him in an unhealthy state. B: Nerf him across the board, which would be a bloody shame considering the potential that some of his other skills have. or C: Remake his ult into something more manageable.

Secret passive: Fused Divinity When you get 10 champion kills and 10 kill assist, or more, then this secret passive kicks in, changing some of your abilities.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa WHOA! Back up. This… Is not a hidden passive. Hidden passives are fun, LITTLE things like a mere 25 extra gold on kill or, 1-2 damage reduction from people with sunglasses, or getting slightly bigger when hit with Leona’s sunlight passive. This right here, is a freakin GAME changing power spike. And before you start citing Rengar and Kha'zix keep in mind that the only reason those hidden passives are allowed to be so impactful is because they balance each other out. If Kha'zix is in a position to get that 4th evaluation, then the other teams Rengar has an equal opportunity to get the head of Kha'zix.

Try something (much) smaller like, whenever Plasma gets a kill or assist that makes his total kills/assists equal then he gets 50 extra gold.

See? An effective extra CS every other kill won't hurt anyone, and is a fun ‘little’ thing to throw in there. Expectually if he says some little quip every time it happens.

Damn, my champion is -1. It is probably bad.

Ok. I will try to clear what you missed.

Your next basic attack gains bonus range (and bonus range is 100) and deals 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+ 25% of AP) bonus magic damage. Using this ability gives one stack. At 4 stacks, this ability morphs into range skill shot (and this range form have 920 range), which deals 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 / 240 (+ 60% of AP) magic damage to first enemy hit.

|Maximum range: 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900| means that with every rank up of this ability can allow you travel further.

Yes. Plasma is daredevil sadomasochist assassin with no defense and good damage. Risen is low mobility, low damage, but heals and utility.

I will try to change some stuff you suggested. Check my champion after few hours.

Edit: done.

Oh!... That makes a lot more sence.

|Maximum range: 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900| means that with every rank up of this ability can allow you travel further.

That's what I thought, but if you put a hard cap on the max distance traveled then why even have it tied to his movement speed? Why not just make it like sion's ult and give it a fixed speed based on rank only?

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

I want it to have fixed travel path, so enemies could move away from it, if they act fast.

Senteth1 votes

I'm not talking about travel path, I'm talking about travel speed.

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Longer travel path, longer time he can travel. Speed changes only by 5% per rank.

Very cool idea. Very impractical ultimate. The bush thing for the risen aspect will be hard to implement. The fast that the bush hides champions and if other champions enter the radius or the champion in question attacks, then everyone becomes visible to both teams. It's not like this wouldn't work like akali's circle just moving with the champion and instantaneous, but the problem with this is how it would affect rengar, a shaco q, a teemo that is hidden, and various other champions that would be oddly functioning with this R. (fizz's E, Lulu's ult, and so on and so forth until you have an extremely complex, but thought out list of how each champion and each and every skill would work) AND THAT IS JUST FOR THAT HALF of his Ultimate. He has the other half and 3 other skills that would have to all have slight tweaking and adjusting to not throw the whole game out of balence.

This is amazing that you have put the time into this, and that you have gone so far into detail though. I thoroughly enjoyed finding this by just browsing the threads. I hope the style of art is noticed as well as the notice from other players and forum trolls that what @PlasmaFogKing has done has taken an idea and put it to incredible detail. Far past anything I thought I would see on the threads. I hope Rito gives you some kind of acknowledgement for any of these ideas if they use them in the future.

On the other hand I think with all the recent decisions on champions something needs to happen to change the pace again. From Since I started back up again, Riot went from a Burst outlook with fiora rework, ekko, and yasuo to a TANK approach with rek sai and gnar, and Braum, to a strategic approach with tahm, bard, and kindred (not necessarily in order as I dont remember which champions actually updated before the others and am too lazy to go back thru the patch notes). Now they are on deadly champions so Jhin... then two more champions that are going to be super broken OP, and will end up getting a Nerf within the first few months of gameplay.

I honestly think Rito needs to focus more on a mid champion for once... Or matchmaking the right way and fixing the game for people that work as a team...

More communication+teamwork+win SHOULD=big time profit (IE endgame stats boost ip gain {the better you are the higher IP you get out of match <<and I mean actually BOOST THE HECK OUT OF THE IP YOU GAIN IF YOU CARRY A GAME [all towers taken by you/you go 30/1}>>}) And in return for the ip boost you can get into a higher quality match made game so getting the boost is challenging, where everyone starts at 0 and gain the base ip if they are horrible or lose, that way you always have room to improve, and build upon your play-style. But I digress...

Some of the AP burst champs start to fall off pretty hard as now adc's are starting to pick off the champions and shred tanks too quickly leading to shorter games. To balance we need not just a few health tweaks to make the game longer (Because snowballing has gotten to a point where there is a VERY low chance you can fix mistakes)

And I think a champion like this would be a perfect mix of tank/burst meaning fallen is straight burst damage but risky and risen is tank/speed but low damage output to compensate for the different play styles of the champion. (Not sure if that's in line too much with the ideas you had, but otherwise I just had to comment and let you know I wish I could put as much effort into my ideas as to submit them onto the suggestion page as you did.)

Props man. -Mortjsf

P.S. Preferred champions

Top: Fiora I WAS an OLD KIT Fiora Main (beat a plat tier player in a ranked match as a toothpick 5 scrub^^Literally bronze 5 after those promo matches because I was stupid and played support every game but the last one^^); Ekko; Vi; Rengar; Aatrox; Nasus

Jungle: Skarner; Rammus; Amumu; however I normally Master Yi as my main (I just have to struggle to keep up with the new damage output from the adc champs)

Mid: Talon; Fizz; Diana; The Donger; Ahri

Adc: Sivir; and I used to play Varus until he was no longer viable but now I don't ADC. Because of Jhin; Jinx; Zed; Caitlin; Lulu; Sona; Soraka; Kalista; and Morgana

Support: Blitzcrank; Veigar; Ahri; Morgana; Sona; Rengar; Donger; Skarner; Lux; Yasuo; and if I am feeling like a troll>Braum or Tahm Kooter.

Thanks for a review. You too put a lot of work into your comment on my champion. Sorry if my response will be shorted, because english is hard.

Some of abilities might by problematic (Risen R as you said), but i am sure game developers like Riot could make it work without making it broken. Yes, it does have a lot of interactions with other champions and that would make it fun. Good team would satay close in stealth as they approach enemies. Bad teams would become instantly revealed and screw it up.

I didn't spent too much time on it. About a week or two. Mostly rewriting and translating stuff. English isn't my native language, so i have to translate everything via google translate. That is mostly where time on this champion went.

And yes, you are not wrong. Fallen is high risk - high reward form with its own weaknesses (melee range, limited mobility, limited CC, limited pokes, limited sustain, limited defense). Risen is low risk - highly dependent on other champions (low damage, healing, tanking, sustain, support). And both forms are relevant, because when one form dies, then you instantly (in your base) take control of other form, so strategy and working well with the team would be key to master this champion. If you would take Fallen mid and get killed, you would need to go back into the lane as Risen. That might prevent you from killing enemy mid laner alone, but you could easily ask your jungle to help you out. If you take Risen as support and you get killed, then for period of time you aren't as good support, because you take control of Fallen, but that gives you more burst increasing reward of 3v2 fights when your jungle ganks your lane.

I made this champion with idea that every each form is completely different, but each form is extremely important not only to you, but to your team as well. Most important things is strategy. If you have to play Risen in mid for a while, could you switch with your top? Risen is bruiser-like and it can hold pretty well in top. Is your team is loosing a game, you took this champion to play as support, but you have already many tanks? Play as fallen and try to increase burst of your team.

I like strategic games, so i like strategic champions.

Thanks again for spending time on my champion.

Just updated my champion. What do you think about him now?

Bobo1132 votes

After reading your champion's summary in whole, I'm really impressed with the complexity and imagination that went into this. One thing troubled me though:

Keep in mind: this is just me being a bit of a nitpicker. In late game, part of the pacing and difficulty curve is the inevitable respawn timer. Even if one of your bodies is off of its respawn timer, it numbs the challenge of end game strategy. If you are revived almost instantly, the enemy has little-to-no celebration for an ace, and frankly, in the debate on wether to recall or go in, there is little-to-no risk of going in if it means you can be back in an instant to defend base. It eliminates part of why the late game is so nerve-wracking. There may also be games in which you do not die - thus eliminating the need to cater to one body or another with itemization. I really do enjoy this two-faced champion idea in both game practice and in narrative, but I feel that the way to switch between them could be reworked in a way that doesn't require intentional death to switch forms.

Either way, this is incredibly well done, and I really do look forward to seeing more in the future! Keep at it!

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Thanks for praise.

I am glad you mentioned respawn. Because respwn time of each form is increased by 50% (look passive), so if one form get killed, then instead of being dead for 40 seconds, then it will respawn after 60 seconds. If other form gets killed, then both went into respawn. If one gets killed with 100 seconds respwan time and other form on 40 seconds respawn, then enemies get pretty long time to celebrate a kill.

Maybe 50% increase in respawn time is not enough, i can increase it if needed.

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Just updated this champion. Would you have time to look it up?

zemaxs1 votes

Wtf is this? One champion can't be mage and support at the same time. What with these form things? Too complicated for no reason. And you can't facking use pictures from other games, you have to draw your own fan art for your champions.

StigtriX4 votes

Calm down... He is allowed to use pictures from other games as examples of a suggested art direction. Why is complexity a bad thing? I welcome more complex champs. While you may not, some players would like challenging champions.

Well if it was created they'd obviously balance it out. But what's wrong with an overloaded champion so long as its balanced? Sona is overloaded. She has poke, burst, heals, movespeed buffs for her allies and decreases movespeed of enemies, reduces damage of enemies, and has an ultimate to stun possibly an entire team. Yet out of all that, she's actually pretty weak.

DragonStriker V81 votes

What if your ult combined them though?

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Wouldn't that be too strong?

Tamur1 votes

Hmm... interesting champion.

Question is there a way to switch without dying?

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Yes, while in base.

While at your base, you can change bodies. You have two bodies: Fallen and Risen (you start game in Fallen body, only one body can be in play at one time).

Tamur1 votes

How exactly? Do you walk over to it? Or does it happen automatically?

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Maybe while in shop. Like automatically drank potion with no cost. Or button to change form appears while in base. I don't really know ho to implement it, but it should be something you can do only in base. So, that it will not be unfair. Does that makes sense? I tried to make champion about tactical decision, so that you can change forms, but not during the fight. Plan beforehand.

What do you think?

Tamur2 votes

Perhaps pressing T while in base.

The Pro and Con in this mechanic is that it does make you plan ahead. Meaning you need some skill in order to play the champion.

Most certainly not a recommended champion like (Annie Garen etc.)

Would killing one part count as a kill, or would you have to kill both the Fallen and Risen parts of him to get a kill? I feel like you could never really get fed in a solo lane against them if it wasn't a kill every time so, just wondering.

Awesome idea overall. Obviously could use some tweaking, as all ideas do, but I think this would be one of the most unique champs in League. It would definitely require planning, unlike champs like Nidalee and Elise who can switch between forms at a whim, but would also allow for you to keep on going even if one half died, so its a really unique idea.

PlasmaFogKing1 votes

Yes, killing one part counts as a kill. Otherwise it would be unfair.

Thanks. I would like to see champion like this, too.
