[Champion Remake] Qwasar 23, The Alien Ambassador (Hybrid Alien) - League of Legends Community

This is a C&P from the linked thread. I added a picture so that people might actually give it attention. This champion is about 3ish years old, so help me modernize it if you can.

Lore: Lightyears from Runeterra, the species known as Legrem live on their alien planet with a hydrochloric atmosphere and a purple sky. Whatever else there is to know about the planet Qeglon has yet to be divulged by Qwazar, a crash landed explorer from that world. All he will mention is that he and his friend and bodyguard Rochliem were not meant to arrive here. One of the walls on their ship was cracked and they needed to find a planet which could provide the metal to repair it. While Runeterra’s atmosphere was oxygenated, something Legrem were not adept at breathing in, they could survive if they took in proper amounts of hydrochloric sustenance.

Their landing near Piltover was most fortunate for Qwazar, who had been separated from his friend when he ejected and Qwazar could not. Surviving the fall with minor scratches, the technological city has been a great help, though most are in it for technology exchange. Much to his dismay, most of his ship had been pillaged and vandalized, but his high tech laser gun had survived unscathed.

From higher intelligence and information from his new friends, he found the thieves of both his ship and his friend: Zaun. Qwazar was stranded and his guard was in prison, most likely to be used for experimentation. Armed with laser technology, Qwazar makes the ultimate stand against the Zaunians but not before being chosen for the League.

It'’s a good thing Qwasar comes in peace, otherwise, we'’d all be in pieces!

Stats: HP: 379 +89/lvl (1981 @18) AD: 48.77 +3.12/lvl (104.93 @18) Mana 268 +62/lvl (1384 @18) AR: 12 +3.6/lvl (76.8 @18) MR: 30 Range: 525 MS: 340 MPReg: 6.8 +.6/lvl HPReg: 6 +.45/lvl AS: .637 +2.27%/lvl

Primary: Marksman Secondary: Support

Playstyle: Qwazar 23 is an support oriented attacker who can go AD or AP or mix and has good sustainability and some healing. The best thing you can do to counter him is to stay healthy so he has less health to risk on his ally's restoration if going support and if he's in solo lanes, don't give him opportunities to channel the heal on himself.

Map awareness is very important as his ultimate can be quite strong but avoidable if you know its coming. Never let yourself get stunned where he lays it down.

[Passive] Synthesizer – Converts 25% of AD into MR.

[Q] Blood Laser – Deals 70/115/160/205/250 (.7 AP, .3 Bonus AD) magic damage to an single directly targetable enemy target. Qwasar also heals himself for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% of the target’s missing health at the time of casting. Has a 12/11/10/9/8 second CD. Has the usual range for a ST nuke. Costs 70/85/100/115/130 mana.

[W] Enervating Taze – Skill Shot attack that deals 70/120/170/220/270 (.7 AP, .2 Total AD) magic damage and slows the target by 25% for 1 seconds increasing to 100% rapidly. When that ends it then roots a target for 1 seconds. Costs 145/140/130/125/120 mana and has a 15/14/13/12/11 second CD. Cleansing the slow counts as ending the slow so use it carefully or wait it out.

[E] Life Transfer – Qwasar begins to channel on an ally, doing 15/20/25/30/35 damage to himself per second to restore 20/28/36/44/52 (.1 AP, .3 Bonus AD) to an allied target and lasts up to 4 seconds until either broken by CC or distances exceeding 1000. Costs 20 mana on top of its health cost. If used as a self heal, its mana cost becomes 125 and doesn't cause any damage. But its healing amount is cut by 25%.

17 Second CD.

[R] Warp Point – Qwasar sets up two warp that look like glowing white circles points on the field with a distance no greater than 800/950/1100 between them.

Allies can use the warp point by clicking the small obelisk in the middle. They will jump warps and the first time they use it will restore 100/170/240 (.4 AP) health.

Enemies can be warped by force if they step in the circle. To warp them, Qwasar must press R while they're inside it and it must have a second to settle. but any enemy warped enemies will cause the circle to burst and remove it.

If multiple enemies are in it, only the one with the lowest remaining health will be warped.

Costs 150/135/120 mana and has a 115/105/95 second CD.

To set the warp point, you do it akin to setting Rumble's Ult where you click a location and hold down the mouse and rotate and stretch the pointer.

Tips Mana costs are expensive. Be sure to manage your attacks well. Remember to get both AD and AP for maximum benefit.

So... don't all jump in at once.
