Create an in game report system.

Since having refs is too "hard" why not have in game reporting. If someone is actually inting, have an in game report system where both sides have the opportunity to report the bs.

Uh, there is? After each match you can report anyone from the end of game screen. Sending a ticket is outright ignored for anything that can be reported ingame.

In game, as in during the match so it can be taken care of right then and there and folks dont lose games because of it.
