I don't think you should ever flame a teammate, but if you are going to do so, save it for post lobby. The last thing u want is to turn an easy win into a loss because the teammate you flamed wants u to lose out of spite. Especially if you have a hard time winning.

One time I was holding a 50% hp ryze at my tower as Darius, pinging the jg for a gank. Nothing, typed to him I'm holding a half dead mage just waiting for you and was promptly told to fuck off and dont tell me what to do. This is most league players. We were pre-6, he'd have no chance of escaping a darius and a jax. I didn't need to play passive and hold him at my tower but I did because jgs NEED ganks now and told to fuck off.

Can confirm. Even telling people who are complaining about you as a jungler not ganking for them that it's their fault they died to a pantheon stun for diving him near a turret will be enough for that vladimir to come troll you and try to steal your camps in front of you and afk on side lanes.
There's absolutely no punishment for trolls in this game, though they are very swift to ban and chat restrict over mean words you can simply mute. There is no muting an inter or troll, and reports do nothing to them.
My best solution as a jungler for my mental health has been to just leave the game and take the leavebuster if I see inting lanes or lanes that afk and don't rotate while I get invaded all game long and then complain I didn't get dragons for them.
Just leave the game. If they don't want to play as a team, let them play on their own. The indignation of trying to carry people trying their best to sabotage your match is not worth it.
But that removes the fun of calling your teammate's monkeys mid team fight
Sorry man, even minding my own business in this god damn game somehow warrants aggression. Angry fucker's will just go to my lane and/or jungle to FARM MY CREEPS while I try and stay relevant in the game. And no, this is not "oh well it's only natural that..." They'll straight up leave a lane with a full wave, SEEING ME clear a camp and try and steal it. It gets that bad.

And I think that flaming is punishable, OP. Doesn't matter where you do it. If you do it, eventually you may end up getting punished for it.
