not sure if this goes in gameplay, or concepts and creations, but i've always found global skillshots fun asf to use, the only problem is that almost all of them are on adc's

Technically, you could consider Chronobreak
to be global since its only stipulation on location is based on time. Which is why you can ult after basing to return to your location. Same with teleporting. No restriction on distance.

Remember how, long ago, Lux Ulti was able to cross ALL the Summonner Rift map?
Ashe has 100% AP scaling on her ult, but I won't count that because it conflicts with the rest of her kit.
