not sure if this goes in gameplay, or concepts and creations, but i've always found global skillshots fun asf to use, the only problem is that almost all of them are on adc's
what i mean is ults like, ashe, draven, and ezreal

Well a skill shot can be an AoE ground targeted or Direct line right?

to be global since its only stipulation on location is based on time. Which is why you can ult after basing to return to your location. Same with teleporting. No restriction on distance.
