#Nature's Voice

Once upon a time, the forests were filled with the singing of joyous animals and nature spirits. They laughed, they played, they lived, they loved. These creatures drew their lifeblood from mother nature herself, feeding off of her fresh fruits and resting in her cooling shade. Each day was a day in paradise, protected by the great provider.

Then man came.

Man, lacking fangs, claws, or scales, turned to the ground, mining Mother Nature's rich resources, forging his new claws and scales from iron, molding them in the fire produced by her rich bark. When they finally finished their scales and claws, they turned on the animals, taking their pelts and meats for their own use, so they would not freeze, so they would not starve. Mother Nature understood, animals must eat each other to survive. this was the order of things.

If only she knew...

As man ravaged her body, encroaching more and more upon the paradise she had provided for her subjects, she began to weaken, lose her magic, and contract a terrible sickness. The rot came with the winter. The loss of Mother Nature's magic forced the nature spirits away, sent them running to find newer, fresher lands so that they may survive. Without their care, Mother Nature used the last of her magic to create The Circle of Green, one last haven, before she succumbed to the great hybernation.

Ages passed, and man forgot their crimes, forgot how they had ravaged the forest. Animals were no longer simply hunted for clothing or meat, but for sport. Enter Raegan Shrikes, a renowned hunter from the small town of Trasto, to the south of Demacia. He lived in the woods, using his natural talents to secure large, wild game to feed the town with one rule. He would never take more than was needed. It was during the first weeks of winter that he encountered the doe, a brilliant silver-white beast with amber eyes that shined like matches through the darkness of the underbrush. As he approached, careful to be upwind and to watch his steps, the beast turned and stared at him, matching his gaze. As their eyes locked, all fell silent. the birds quieted their chorus, and the raccoons stopped playing.

In a flash, the doe lept towards Raegan, darting past him and heading towards the deepest part of the forest. Raegan was determined, and tore off after her, tossing up dirt and stone as he rushed through the undergrowth, not bothering to keep track of his progress. There was only thing on his mind: the gorgeous deer that taunted him by staying just out of his grasp.

Up ahead, through the mess of tangled vines and thick, naturally grown hedges, he spotted the deer duck into a large tree stump. Dauntless, the man dove after, sliding through the entrance... when he stood, he was no longer with the deer. instead, he was in the most gorgeous clearing he had ever seen. flowers from all over covered the floor in a blanket of colors. In the center was a calcified stump with an odd weapon burried into the top.

Curious, the man reached out and grasped the thick, wooden handle, letting his finger slip onto the odd metalic triger before yanking the axehead out. It gave easily, almost leaping into his hand. As the blade was freed from the trunk, the voice of a gorgeous woman spoke to Raegan.

"your heart is true and just. I sense within you the passion for my domain of which I did not know your kind could have. I shall make you my champion. My voice"

#Concept

Raegan was designed to represent a true druid, a warrior who upholds and defends nature. As he is a hunter and wildling, it only makes sense that he'd be a jungler.

His passive helps him handle camps, and will help when taking objectives. His E is to help with ganking, his W to give him some defense and protection, and his Q to give him clear and harass.

His ult changes him from a simple woodsman into Maokai's brother nature's voice, a treant.

Unleash nature's fury.

#Weapon https://i.imgur.com/EHagD6g.png

Raegan's weapon is an axe-headed blunderbuss. Such weapons were used during medieval times for bird-shooting or simple self defense. If you're curious, the entire thing's technically made out of wood, but the metal components are a type of wood prevalant in fantasy, settings, known as "Ironwood".

For his basic attacks, he simply uses the axehead as intended, making melee strikes until his enemys scream "timber" however, when using his Q, he instead will fire from the blunderbuss part.

#Friends Big surprise, but... Zyra and Maokai

#Rivals Anyone from piltover or zaun.

Thank you so much for reviewing this! I plan on putting in a lot of work on Raegen, as well as other champions (currently working on a rework for some of the more popular ones)

Please don't just focus on the numbers. I do know that some of them are unrealistic and I will constantly Reworking!

I like it. Well thought out and not too OP, yet is something different. Ideal jungler, melee in jungle and ranged in ganks with decent cc but not targeted hard cc like Naut. One tweak, make him like Jayce where he switches forms between Nature form and Man form. Just make it cost a certain amount of mana(25-50) each time.

The Fury of Nature passive: It should probably be "Heals HP outside od combat" because if he starts healing after taking damage, he could be slapped on the knee to cancel out the healing.

That aside, I like this idea altogether.

May I also suggest that Starve Away, instead of cutting enemy regen, would sap regen to him and teammates? At max level, granting himself and allies 12% HP regen while taking away 12% HP regen from the enemy? These numbers are just top-of-the-head picks.

Hey! Here's my opinion on your champ!

The main issue I have is that his two forms contrast greatly. One of his forms is some kind of from the looks of you recommended builds a melee adc(?) while the other is a tank. Which makes it rather awkward to build for both forms, like imagine your recommend build being build on someone say Maoki or Malphite? He lacks the tankiness he needs to stay in the front lines and lacks the means to get his damage out. Gnar is kind of like this but mini-Gnar has his w which lets him kite and dish out consistent damage no matter how tanky he builds.

Passive: it kind of feels like a bandage so that he can jungle:/ perhaps make it more interactive?

W: Why does he need bonus sight? How does this contribute to his identity? Because this passive has a LOT of power attached to it. 500 range is massive it lets him avoid ambushes, scout safely, and find picks.

R Passive: this is kind of weak, I mean if he builds full tank and gets around 3000 hp he heals for 150 over 5 seconds so 30 per second?

I'm just asking but is his ult like Nidalee and Jayce where he can constanly swap forms or like Shyvana or Swain where is't just a buffed form that has a long cooldown?
