Lilith, The Black Queen (Midlane Mage/ AP Jungler)

#A Tale to Tell Zig, zig, zig, Death in cadence, Striking a tomb with her heel, Death at midnight plays a dance-tune, Zig, zig, zag, on her violin. The winter wind blows, and the night is dark; Moans are heard in the linden trees. White skeletons pass through the gloom, Running and leaping in their shrouds. Zig, zig, zig, each one is frisking, You can hear the cracking of the bones of the dancers. A lustful couple sits on the moss So as to taste long lost delights.

Within the Shadow Isles, it is not uncommon to see odd things. Death holds no true power on these lands, made of gravesoil and ashes of dead civilizations, long forgotten.

So why is it so unsettling to see that woman there, in the black dress, twirl and prance amongst the gravestones in the pale moonlight?

why... because she has no head, of course.

#Lore

Lilith is a kindly young girl from the Shadow Isles. Her Hobbies include gathering berries that grow near the gates of the many graveyards that adorn the land, skipping stones on the still waters of lakes, and dancing upon the freshly dug graves. She does not know who she was in her past life, or if she even had one. She just knows that those who are dead are her friend.

She has joined the league of legends for reason alone: to show everyone her dance skills (no really, she thinks its a talent competition or something)

#Gameplay

Lilith is designed heavily to be a mid lane burst mage who focuses on turning tides of minions against her opponent, and leeching the life from their very bones.

Because of her passive, she can do a lot of good in the jungle, and her kit does indeed help with with such things.

#Moveset

##Passive - Carrion Call

Enemy minions and large neutral monsters that are attacked by Lilith are marked for a short amount of time by a crown of black roses. if an enemy minion or large neutral monster that is marked dies, it rises again to fight for Lilith.

Large Neutral monsters get a copy of the buff that they have given to lilith (red brambleback has red buff, sentinal has blue, et cetera).

these zombies have a duration. This ability, which has a fairly decent cooldown, does not go on cooldown until the current zombie (as long as it is a jungle creep or champion (see funeral dirge) has been destroyed or has timed out, meaning that it goes on cooldown with minion zombies.

This encourages last hitting and allows you to keep your lane pressed while on midlane. In the jungle, it helps you clear incredibly fast, and will let you turn a champion's death into something much more beautiful.

##Q - Gravesoil

Lilith causes the ground beneath her cursor to become unhallow. This has a low cooldown that allows you to create paths of gravesoil. if Lilith and an enemy are on connected gravesoil patches, they take damage while she is healed. otherwise enemies lose movement speed and Lilith gains it while on disconnected patches of gravesoil.

This is a great sustain/punishing tool in lane, and massively helps in the jungle (where it's almost gauranteed to work.)

mechanically, this works similarly to both Gangplank's barrels in that each patch of gravesoil can link with nearby gravesoils to form complex paths, but it also works similarly to Karthus' Q in method of deployment.

##W - Overcast

Stormclouds appear over lilith, spreading darkness over her. while this is happening, she gains a shield and begins to consume it to refund mana for what is (at max duration) the full amount of the shield. if an enemy breaks her shield, she gains a slight movement speed boost for a short amount of time.

This is a decent sustain/defense tool. originally it was more similar to Master Yi's meditation, but I've tried to give it a more unique design

##E - Funeral Dirge

Lilith sings out a music note that fears the next enemy it detonates, fearing them. Her zombies will immediately begin targeting the marked enemy. If the enemy is targeted, Lilith marks them with Carrion Call. If she manages to kill the champion while marked, she will summon a Guardian Shade, a stronger version of the basic minion zombie. This zombie has a slight damage midigation, and deals slightly more damage to towers. Carrion Crown will not go on cooldown until the Guardian Shade has died.

This is a great tool for initiating in lane on a single target, simply directing your zombies where you want them to, and getting some simultaneous sustain and clear in the jungle.

mechanically it is a skill shot that functions similarly to sona's ult (in that it makes targets dance) and ahri's charm (a skill shot stun)

##R - Danse Macabre

Lilith begins twirls in place as this ult is channeled, then starts dancing. a large area around her becomes gravesoil and enemies too begin to dance. The effects of gravesoil apply to the area around her now (as it is quite literally gravesoil)

Mechanically this ability is similar to Morgana's ult or Kennan's ult.

functionally, all you gotta do is run in and pop it on a low enemy team and they'll do your bidding.

##Appearance Age: roughly 13-16 Clothes: fancy black and white dress with fluff and lace. Hair Color: Black as raven's feathers Eye color: sulfur yellow Additional Items: a jet black, lacey parasole in one hand, always opened overhead. it's more for shade then for weather. A basket full of berries, flowers, and her head.
