Will there be an ultimate skin this year?

Guess there won't be; maaaaybe in the next two days we may see something.

its too late, it would be on the pbe by now, an ultimate skin needs tons of time in testing. Either that or it is all riot testing. Never give up hope.

Unless it gets put in the PBE soon like within the week then probably not since its usually two weeks for PBE updates to hit live. To me it seems like we wont be getting one any time soon, or a little more info/hints would be up by now. Im guessing they skipped out this year and hopefully make up for it nest year with maybe 2, or at least something that is more detailed than the last two!
