Every time I send in a ticket to appeal my permanent ban Riots automated response gets sent to me and then marks my ticket as solved. the chat logs I will post if I need to "Prove my innocence" to the trolls on these boards.
I mean, if you received a legitimate ban, repeated tickets are going to get closed. Riot wouldn't and shouldn't waste time explaining a ban to a banned player over and over again.
If you believe an error has been made, feel free to post your chat logs, but it rarely happens.
If you have gone through the punishment tiers, which usually start with a 10 game chat restriction, then it is unlikely to be unbanned at this time. The logs you provide would most likely contribute to a chat restriction, but after a 14 day ban; it would escalate to a perm instead.
Its not that you deserve a perma ban from this, it's that you got a punishment and your next one was a perma ban.
you realize my toxicity derived from 4 people ganging up on me that dont even play the game, shooting out opinions such as your own.
i know, @evildustman, but that isn't a legitimate reason to perma ban an account who has actively been trying to get better, with proof of this. if you were to look at the other probably 200 chat logs i had that month they were all positive and my honor level shows that.
can we also talk about how neither of you guys actively play this game? why even post on forums if you don't play anymore?
i have another account which the riot employee told me to create, I just dont think its your place to pass judgement on my account as you dont work for riot and probably never will. I posted this to speak to a riot employee, not a 15 year old with pikachu memes.
I am not surprised in the slightest that your support tickets get automatically denied and closed. You are relentlessly toxic and fully deserved and earned your permaban.
Riot doesn't remove perma bans so why would they waste their time when they can just send an automated response
Ask them nicely, and show promise of actually trying to change.
Riot has been doing good at doing steps to help decrease toxicity with role builder and been less toxic in generall going around games.
Though you still encounter griefers and trolls / idiots once in awhilel its not as much as it used to be.

I may add I won that game that i said " im going to throw" if you watch the game, I meant, if they come to the pit while im soloing I will die, then that will lose us the game.
if you were to see the entirety of the conversation back and forth those arent one sided relentless flame as you would think they are. most of them are reactions to about 10 minutes of trolling/insults towards me. but you cant get banned for intentionally feeding/following people around and taking cs, or MMR boosting their significant others out of a lower elo putting team at a distinct disadvantage.
these "Non-Stop insults" i can probably count on a single hand how many insults I actually wrote here. are by no means grounds for a permanent ban of an account that has been active for over 5 years. and came back from a ban, and got to honor level 3 and had two bad games in the matter of 1 month.
thats my argument.
these same insults are used by streamers every day in their chats and nothing happens to them because they get 5 honors a game, and never get reported. the system is based on "fairness" but in reality a computerized program cannot be fair towards every player or weed out the actual toxic ones for the game, because I will take any day of the year someone flaming me rather then running it down mid, taking cs from me, and generally throwing the game without typing, I'm sure everyone else who plays this game competitively will agree with me, other then maybe you.
