GAMEPLAY twisted fate ultimate

whenever I ult as twisted fate since 5.9 patch my cursor turns into a blue square with a dot in the middle of it and I cannot auto attack move or "a move" afterwards. the only solution I have is to quit and join back into the game and my cursor will be back to normal.
