With skins and how some champs have less.
Maybe some champs get less skins because it's harder to make skins/think of skin ideas.
take, for example: 
try thinking of a skin for him that would work(asides our beloved star guardian urgot)

I agree that a lot of champions and how they were modeled make skinning them extremely difficult. I feel Urgot is a victim of poor modeling.
Potentially some copyright issues with a few of these Super Kami Guru Urgot Dark Star Urgot (I think that he'd actually fit into the line better than Kha'zix) Buddha Urgot Sumo Wrestler Urgot
