Mike (Champion Idea)

Mike is intended to be a Marksman. His passive ability, "Comforting Twin", enables his basic attacks to reduce the cooldown on all of his abilities that are on cooldown, additionally, when he in near his twin "Mika", he increases her health regeneration. His 'Q' ability, "Rebounding Laser", shoots a laser that gains additional damage the farther it travels, and can bounce against terrain, which reduces the damage of the laser and refreshes the distance that the laser can travel. His 'W' ability, "Laser Floor", creates a circle of lasers on the ground that uses up a certain amount of damage on all enemies within the circle and also slows enemy champions that travel through it. His 'E' ability, "Weak Point", causes his next basic attack to deal a percent of his target's maximum health as physical damage. His 'R' ability, "Laser Range", massively increases the range of all his abilities and basic attack. Mike is a technological expert designing lasers for defense systems and combat ability. After years of creating these laser devices, his employers said his work "would never hurt anything more than flies" and fired him. Angrily he left with his twin sister and new technology and promised that he would prove to the world that his inventions could indeed deal massive damage to those that it was aimed at... in the League of Legends.
