>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Passive-Ability, The Experience of a Watcher <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Tahraun starts with a consumable item at the begining of the game. He can target any ally champion, including himself to level the target up.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Q-Ability, Icy Breath <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Upon activating Icy Breath, Tahraun releases a beam-like breath of wind in a target direction for 3 seconds, dealing damage over the course of this time. While he is casting this ability, he can freely move. Activating Icy Breath causes all Frozen Eyes to cast it as well. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> W-Ability, Watcher's Gaze <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Upon activating Watcher's Gaze on any ally champion, including himself, Tahraun increases their attack damage or ability power, (after a 2 second delay) according to their primary damage type for 3 seconds. If this ability gives ability power, it grants twice the amount. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> E-Ability, Frozen Eye <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Upon activating Frozen Eye, Tahraun places a frozen eye in a targeted spot, dealing damage to all enemies in the area. This frozen eye moves along with Tahraun and casts Icy Breath and Arctic Wind with him. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy. Frozen Eyes last for 6 seconds.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> R-Ability, Arctic Wind <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

This is NOT an ultimate. Upon activating Arctic Wind, Tahraun damages all enemies in a moderate range of him and pushes them to the outskirts. Frozen eyes does the same with two exceptions: first, it does not push them away, and second, it deals the damage in a much smaller radius. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Gameplay YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

When playing as Tahraun, dominate your lane with your pure power, but keep in mind strategy. Without it, you forfeit large amounts of the power. If you want to spread the joy of domination, go right ahead. You might want to give your jungler a leash they'll never forget. Perhaps you might be able to help that Nasus go against his counter. In lane, use Frozen Eye to extend your reach or punish the jungler for coming between you and your eye. When playing against Tahraun, try to take diagonal positions compared to Tahraun and his eye. This will keep him from easily using Icy Breath. Comparatively, it is like standing in a crowd of minions when laning against Nidalee.

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT Lore TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

I try to move, unable to even open my eyes. I notice I'm cold, very cold. I hear a roar to my left. It pants for a few seconds and roars "GNAR!". I don't know exactly what it starts doing but sounds of cracking ice and smashing boulders fill my ear canals. I must be frozen. Something hard hits the glacier I must be in. I topple over and the ice gives some. I find I'm able to open my eyes. A giant, mostly red figure enters my gaze. It throws a boulder up in the air and it lands on the glacier. It barely misses me as it shatters through the ice. Now free, I stand up. The creature suddenly shrinks and looks at me, tilting its head as if confused at my appearance. I take a look around. I don't see any thing but ice and sky. Where am I? Who am I? A memory flashes in my mind. I was laughing, breathing white whisps out of my mouth, freezing everyone in sight. "Tahraun!" somebody yells in my memory, "Stop!" I stop and turn around. I see a woman. I turn back with anger in my heart and see dozens of these creatures, all frozen. I open my mouth, taking in an audible breath, and feel something cold hit my back. I lose consciousness.

Your formatting is disgusting

Resource: Energy (100)

I already have a problem, to make it clearer...

25, 2 charges. 25, 2 charges. 25, 2 charges. 25, 2 charges.

Literally all your abilities cost 25 energy and store 2 charges! That's ANOTHER problem.

But ignoring that problem for the first one: You can't make the most of your kit because it asks you to use E twice then R and Q; which is 100 Energy-- then using Q again. But ideally, you'd have used W before that!

The Experience of a Watcher Tahraun starts with 2 consumable items at the begining of game. Each of these have the ability to level his target up.

Broken beyond belief. This is never going to be balancable as an ability-- You could make your midlaner start with all their abilities while your opponent only has one. Or your ADC. Or your top laner.

These completely ruin how the matchup should play out, you know?

Q: Icy Breath Upon activating Icy Breath, Tahraun releases a beam-like breath of wind in a target direction for 3 seconds, dealing damage over the course of this time. While he is casting this ability, he can freely move. Activating Icy Breath causes all Frozen Eyes to cast it as well. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

How do you influence direction for the Frozen Eyes?

Does the direction change as Tahraun turns (Rumble) or does he start strafing (Lucian)?

W: Watcher's Gaze Upon activating Watcher's Gaze on any ally champion, including himself, Tahraun increases their attack damage or ability power according to their primary damage type for 3 seconds. If this ability gives ability power, it grants twice the amount. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

lol what I like this but i hate this at the same time, on one hand it's rather focused while also being somewhat general But it is most appropriate due to duration and effect to buff burst characters with high scalings, which reinforces a zero-reaction-time sort of game which is never particularly enjoyable

E: Frozen Eye Upon activating Frozen Eye, Tahraun places a frozen eye in a targeted spot, dealing damage to all enemies in the area. This frozen eye moves along with Tahraun and casts Icy Breath and Arctic Wind with him. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

If it moves along with him, then it's not going to be very effective at controlling space-- unless it doesn't leash to him for a bit?

Also how long does it last is insanely important

How many can he have out is insanely important

R: Arctic Wind Upon activating Arctic Wind, Tahraun damages all enemies in a moderate range of him and pushes them to the outskirts. Frozen eyes does the same with two exceptions: first, it does not push them away, and second, it deals the damage in a much smaller radius. This holds 2 charges. Uses 25 energy.

So.. PBAoE push everybody away just like Janna ult, except deals damage instead of being channeled for healing And it AoEs around each Eye, cool. This is nice and functional for peeling enemies away from your team or flash plucking enemies into yours. It's cool on Janna and it's cool here.

But it has two charges? It's an energy champion's ult with a cost?

Those seem weird to me.

Getting back to what I said at the very start of "2 charges 25 energy"-- Why does every single ability have two charges?

Abilities with charges are supposed to be exceptions, not ordinary. Abilities with recasts, similarly.

There's not enough here for me to properly evaluate besides the passive, not even lore-wise, which makes it further disgusting the rather upvote-bot-like behavior this post has seen. :|

Did you use alts to upvote this?

There's no way a champion concept gets 19 upvotes in 3 hours, especially one that has no artwork.

No way he should be based on energy. Give him mana - the zone control should not be powerful early. Also, energy champs have 200, not 100.

Passive, even with one charge, will win bot lane (instant level 2).

I could imagine something like this working, but only if the frozen eyes worked for one spell. Passive could spawn one every 12/10/8 seconds?

Also, consider giving him an actual, impactful ultimate. If he's going to be a zone controller, he'll need something powerful to intimidate opponents - something new would be better than what is currently his r.

the amount of work put into this is not deserving of all the upvotes its gotten, its not very well developed or balanced

Passive gives way too much power for little to nothing in exchange, it also steps on Zileans passives area

should def be using mana, b/c all champs from Freljord use mana, and only ninja champs from Ionia use energy, u gotta respect the regional traits man.

Riot doesn't make abilities that grant allies AD or AP b/c in the support role he's be OP and overshadow other supports, it also has no interactive play for the enemies or any clear disadvantages another ability that gives too much but costs too little.

R is like Janna's R except it doesnt heal

E is like the only saving grace of this kit, its the only decent ability

Q is ok

I have lowered Experience of a Watcher's items from 2 to 1.

I have given Watcher's Gaze a 2 second delay.

I have clarified some attributes of Frozen Eye and Arctic Wind. Namely, I have explained that Frozen Eyes last 6 seconds and that Arctic Wind is not an ultimate ability.
