Champion Concept: WRATH the Keeper of Shadows

WRATH, the Keeper of Shadows is the lord of the shadow isle controlling the harrowing and commands that those on the isle obey his every command, although the darkness of the isle spreads far it only spreads where he decides he is the keeper of the shadows master of darkness lord of souls commanding the army of the dead horseman and the blades of haunted metal. But when the rift takes his subjects, WRATH will come and take them back to the isle but something intrigued him in the league and joined to win his subjects back...

Passive, Harrowing: Areas WRATH stays long enough in an area it will become harrowed giving him bonus attack speed and damage in the area.

Ability 1, Chains of Black Death: Throws his chain as a skill shot slowing enemies it hit stunning enemies under 20% health

Ability 2, Lord of Darkness: Does an ale skill shot at the area knocking up enemies and slowing them.

Ability 3, Mind Rend: Blasts the enemy dealing damage based on their Ability Power.

Ultimate, Shadow Paths: Enters into the shadow realm becoming untargetable temporarily and dealing damage around him based on his ad and ap.

Personally i think he would be a hybrid like Jax using AP and AD to forward his attacks played top or mid

Allies: All shadow isle characters

Enemies: Everyone but shadow isle characters

RIval: Vel'koz (They both seek knowledge and want each others knowledge)

Lore: Shadows wence from beneath the darkened shed will take your soul or your body in stead.

Shadows lurk inside your head, filling spaces beneath your bed. Fears that keep you awake at night, food for me to feed tonight.

The harrowing approches son but those who bite and those who claw, can not compare to chains who catch.

From darkness they will spread with fear, while darkness fills your soul with hate.

The wrath of shadows will arrive, when sounds of darkness will arise.

softly, gently rivers of shadows come from the isles.

to reap your souls and all the while.

your mind will quake, your soul will tremble.

as the lord of darkness, Wrath, will send his chains upon the meek.

Your mind will rend your soul will break as the harrowing lay wake.

to world's end, the shadows fall, consuming all.

When the light fades and suns go dark the lord of darkness will consume your heart.
