Wonder Woman The Amazonian Goddess

Passive: Mighty Bash - When Wonder Woman gains a shield, her next basic attack bashes the target, stunning them.

Q: Shield Toss - Wonder Woman throws her shield, dealing physical damage and slowing the enemy unit, which the shield will then_C_ return. Once it does, Wonder Woman gains a shield which scales with her max health. Cost: 60 mana Cooldown: 8sec

W: Warrior’s Stance - Wonder Woman gains a shield and temporarily roots herself, becoming immune to ALL displacements. She can be unrooted sooner by reactivating Warrior’s Stance. Cost: none Cooldown: 16sec

E: God Killer - Wonder Woman’s attack speed is increased while her basic attacks heal her. Cost: 35 mana Cooldown: 14sec

R: Lasso of Truth - From a distance, Wonder Woman latches her lasso onto an enemy champion and is granted true sight. If the enemy moves towards Wonder Woman, she will gain a large shield and pull herself to the enemy. While the enemy is moving away from Wonder Woman, she will channel while being dragged behind them until either the ability is reactivated or the enemy uses a blink or teleport. Alternatively, Wonder Woman can use her W ability while channeling, containing the enemy on the perimeter of her range. Lasso of Truth can also be used on allied champions, but it can only be disabled then by reactivation, regardless of unit distance. Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 130sec

_Perhaps you can more clearly imagine her Ultimate like this: _When an enemy or allied champion is latched, it creates a new, large, donut-shaped area around Wonder Woman. If the unit then moves past the inner edge of this donut, Wonder Woman will lunge forward and deactivate the lasso. However, while the unit moves forward against the outside of the donut, they will drag Wonder Woman behind them. Imagine it like jet-skiing. Or, alternatively, she can root herself with W and just hold onto the enemy like a dog on a leash! Man, would this be fun with a Hecarim!

I'm mostly seeing Wonder Woman as a top laner, but what do y'all think? What do you think would be a decent standard build?Mordekaiser Sivir Thresh

Right now the only thing about balance I could comment on is her passive. It needs a cooldown or else she can stun people twice in too small a time window (regardless of how long that stun is). Also, you didn't put per rank ability scaling and if the kit stays like that she will have literally no benefit from ranking up her abilities.

Other than that it's not a bad concept. I really like the ult. I'd change the shield to a longer stun instead when she lunges. Having both Q and W giving her a shield each is good enough. Then she can have 2 stuns, but at least one of them will be on a pretty long cooldown and situational.

What are the base ratios and stuff? The kit looks unbalanced sure but if she doesn't do much overall damage then it wouldn't be awful.
