Time rewind

So, Ekko ult really give me a thought : what if there is an ability that can rewind a fight? For example, an item that can, after a brief delay, return all champs in the area back to their position 3 secs earlier, with stats, statuses and CD the same as 3 secs ago. I think it would be a nice idea if Rito ever reopen Black Market mode.
