Zephyra - The Storm Empress [Champion Concept]
I've had a few champion concepts lying around but I really like the idea of chain skilling in League of Legends; not bursting with a W+Q+E+R combo but rather getting rewarded for linking abilities together. So the concept of Zephyra is a mage that has the ability to chain skills together - creating collateral and environmental changes to impact gameplay and to impact how the enemy and her allies use her spells against or with her, respectively. Without further ado, let's start. (I've only completed her kit and lore.)
Lore:
There was a glow that seemed eerily bright. Blue particles zoomed past the forest; then came the loud boom. Trees splintered and bark set fire - then a giant icicle came from the sky and stabbed the earth. The forest shook and crumbled. But then came the rain. Like the forest that saw an abrupt, tragic, misfortune. The Storm Empress of Runeterra has cried her tears; As she picks up her staff she whispers, "Like wind. Like dust. The storm appears, and makes the world rust."
Kit:
Passive: Mass Effect Zephyra's elemental spells apply different effects when fused together. When the spells are fused after casting "Storm" - each spell gains the additional bonus: Flare Bolts: Flame Bolts generates 6 missiles and all flame missiles can home onto the targets they hit and deal 10% extra damage. Frost Pillar: The targeted enemy is increasingly slowed to a total of 99% over a 6 second period. Mystic Rain: Movement speed bonus is greater for allies and Zephyra recovers health.
Q: Flare Bolts Zephyra fires 3 bolts that spread out in a cone. If the middle missile hits an enemy, the other missiles will direct their attention towards that enemy and will only hit the designated target. The middle missile deals 70/100/140/180/220 (.8 AP Ratio) magic damage and the other missiles deal 10/20/30/40/50 (.2 AP Ratio) damage.
W: Frost Pillar Zephyra summons a giant ice pillar from the sky and slams it onto an enemy, slowing them by (15/30/45/60/75%) and damaging them over a 4 second period for up to 80/110/160/210/270 (.6 AP Ratio). The enemy generates a slow field around them that slows allies by half of their slow value for 4 seconds. If paired with... Flare Bolts: If the afflicted enemy is struck by Flare Bolts: 10 more flare bolts are generated out of the afflicted target and they all home onto the nearest target - each dealing 15% of the damage of the middle missile. Mystic Rain: If the afflicted enemy is struck by Mystic Rain: All damage inflicted by the enemy is reduced by 25% and enemies caught in the slow field around the afflicted enemy have their damage reduced by 10%.
E: Mystic Rain Zyphyra summons rain unto the battlefield, increasing the movement speed of allies and decreasing the movement speed of enemies. If paired with... Flare Bolts: If afflicted enemies are struck by Flare Bolts: Any spell channel is disrupted and enemy's Armor and Magic Resistance is reduced in relationship to Zephyra's Total Health and Mana; respectively.

R: Storm Zephyra shoots out an arcing electricity stream to an enemy champion that deals 150/300/450 (.8 AP Ratio) magic damage and stunning them for 2 seconds. If another enemy champion is within 325m from the struck enemy - they are also struck and stunned but for half of the damage and duration and so on with subconsequent champions. After Storm is cast; Zephyra gains a "storm" buff with will empower her next spell with her passive.
