Dimitri - The Wrath of the Hardlands
So I was playing Metro: Last Light and drew inspiration from the idea of a Russian Soldier. The concept behind Dimitri is a conditioned soldier who can override even the most damaging attacks and can pervade in combat while dishing out damage to trade off. As a Human, he has no true abilities to dash and lacks any true escape except for a massive movement speed gain that is built off of being damaged and under pressure.
Dimitri - Wrath of the Hardlands
Fighter Marksman
Passive: Kill or be Killed Whenever Dimitri is killed, he barely survives and can fire 3 bullets in any direction, dealing true damage based on the enemy's missing health before dying.
Q: Bulletstorm Passive: Dimitri's abilities deal 10% more damage to enemies whose health are above 50/40/30%. Active: Dimitri pulls out his rifle and fires a spray of bullets in the direction of the cursor for 3 seconds.
W: Knife Toss Dimitri throws a knife in a given direction - slowing the enemy hit by it. If Knife toss is used while Bulletstorm is active; then knife toss wounds and deals extra damage to the enemy.
E: Stoic Training Passive: When Dimitri is affected by any crowd control effect, he can still use his abilities, even when stunned (but only abilities). Active: Dimitri gains a burst of speed and attack speed while increasing armor and magic resistance by an amount.
R: Double Storm Dimitri pulls out two guns and fires them at rapid speed. Each shot deals increasing damage to enemies as they are attacked by him and each time Dimitri is hit while in double storm he gains increased movement speed, armor and magic resistance.
