Grace the last valkyrie - passive is not bad, Q needs to lose the silence, W is good but you already have a spear throwing ability with Q, E is good, R is really good.
Fae & Foe - Passive is usefull, Q is good but needs to swap only 50% of armor or magic resistance instead of 100%, W is a good ability, E is also good, R I really like.
Tara the ferry woman, NOW THIS CHAMPION I REALLY LIKE!! - passive is a little too over loaded and needs to lose team wide gold increase for kills (there's a reason it was removed from twisted fate), Q is simple but good, W I like this one a lot, E is a very good ability, R needs to be reworked as zillian already has a similar ability that does no cost him health.
Ignotus the lost warrior - has a very good lore, interresting sayings, passive is decent, Q works well from what I can see, W is good, E is also good, R is a good ult.
Those are the champions that caught my eye. I really would love to see tera the ferry woman in the league, she's my favorite of your champions.
