Help wanted with figuring out a specific mechanical idea.

So I right now, I am remaking a champion I made back in the forums before they got carbonite frozen. His name is Inan, the Forgotten Memory and he was originally a Mage Caster type person. His theme being he was the sum total of all information that has ever been lost in history. Whether it be words, writings, or even martial arts. So I decided to remake him because he was one of my favorites and a few people made art for him.

However, I came up with a mechanic for him to be more unqiue (since before he was a straight combo caster). I gave him an ability called Sigil (Q) which is a single line skill shot. This places a blank sigil on an enemy. Depending on which ability he uses next on that enemy changes the effect of hte sigil. However, the problems comes in when I am unsure of what the other abilities would do. The Q is supposed to be writings. I wanted the W and E to be about the forgotten martial arts and languages, however I am unsure how to tie them together while making it unique.

Just based off of what you've said so far, here's what I've thought of:

Q: Since Q is supposed to be (presumably ancient) writings, it sounds like it would be like bookkeeping/studying/learning, so maybe using Q while the target has a sigil will give all allies within a certain range an experience boost.

I am unsure in which order you wanted the ancient martial arts and languages, so I'll assume W=martial arts and E=languages

W: Being martial arts, I would assume the effect of the sigil would have to do with fighting techniques, so perhaps it could do one of the following: A.) Inan gains a random ability from the target champion that he can then use one time; B.) Inan gains the target's abilities for a short period of time; C.) Inan's attack (assuming W is an attacking move) ignores the target's armor and deals full damage; D.) After being hit with Inan's W, the target can only use one of his moves (chosen at random) for a short time period.

E: Ancient languages is harder to think of. It sounds like maybe it would be an ability-power-based move (ancient magical ceremonies and summoning chants and all that junk), so perhaps it has something to do with AP or Magic Resist. Ideas: A.) Inan's ability ignores magic resist and deals full magic damage; B.) After being hit with E, the target's (AP or magic resist) is decreased by a certain (amount or percentage); C.) Inan absorbs a certain amount of the target's mana when the target is hit with E; D.) Inan gains (a percentage of) the target's AP/Magic resist.

These ideas are all without knowing what the actual abilities do. It would probably be helpful to know what the abilities actually did without the sigil, so you might want to post their effects to get better responses, but just from what you've given me this is what I've come up with.
