(Champion Concept) Iuas, the Blur

{Abilities}

Passive (Momentum):

Iuas generates momentum as he moves. For every .5 seconds which Iuas moves, he generates 25 momentum. Momentum does not decay so long as Iuas is moving. However if Iuas is stationary he loses momentum at 10 per second. He gains a scaling movement speed bonus for every 83.3 momentum he gains 5% MS. Capped at 250 Momentum.

Q (Like a Bullet)

Iuas charges himself for 1 second and fires his body down the lane (550 range), the first enemy hit will be slowed (due to getting winded) and take damage. This is a gap closer meaning he will beside the enemy he hits. Can be cast while moving. If Iuas is moving towards where he is aiming Like a Bullet than the enemies take extra damage based off movement speed.

If Iuas has his W activated during the cast of this ability, it will gain additional effects. If Like a Blur is active, Iuas will move the full distance of his dance even if he were to pass by a champion. All enemies which he passes through are hit by the damage of Like a Blur.

W (Like A Blur)

Passive: Iuas increases his attack speed by 5%/10%/15% and passively gains no unit collision with minions

Active: Iuas begins to vibrate at ridiculous speeds. His attacks phase through the target inflicting even greater harm on them. Those hit take 10/20/30/40/50 (+30%AD) (30% AP) as true damage. The ability lasts for 3 seconds. The first half of the passive (of the ability) is inactive during the duration of the ability. When on CD the entire passive is inactive.

E (Like a Tornado)

Spins quickly around creating a miniature tornado around himself. In a radius of 300 units all enemies take 50/70/90/110/130 (70% AD). He also pushes them aside by 125 units.

Cost: 90/85/80/75/70 Cooldown: 4 seconds

R (Faster Than Light) Iuas stores up energy within him to release as he needs. When this ability is cast Iuas will dash at the speed of light going through terrain, minions and champions. Enemies which he dashes through is marked and knocked to the side. Iuas may recast this ability to dash once more after 2.5 seconds. The same effects are applied on the second cast. However if the enemy hit by the second cast has been marked then Iuas will deal damage to them and knock them up.

{Appearance}

Iuas is a rather young man in about his mid twenties. He wears a cloth jacket with no shirt underneath. His chest will be well conditioned along with his legs. He will wear somewhat tight pants and small boots over his feet. The boots will be simplistic in design highlighting aerodynamics. He also goes for aerodynamics in all aspects of his look. Going for a more sleek and smooth design.

{Lore}

Within Ionia, not all the people were warriors. Some of them were innocents with no idea of fighting styles or arts. There are those that were just normal people with no manner of training. However that didn’t stop the Noxians from wiping them out. On the first night of the attack the skyline nightmarish black. Innocents were forced from their homes to either be enslaved or executed. In a world where might makes right, all of these people where sheep. That first night, a little boy named Iuas, witnessed his own mother’s execution. All she had said was that they couldn’t do this. However those words fell upon empty ears. Iuas did the only thing he thought he could do, he ran.

He ran faster than ever before. Wishing to escape the horrors he ran to the next town over hoping that they could protect him. Within a few hours, that town fell. So, Iuas ran further and faster. Everyday, the little boy ran across Ionia seeking refuge from the Noxian invasion. However it seemed like it was a creeping death, chasing after him. Eventually Iuas stopped going to villages. He ran through them at breakneck pace. Only occasionally stopping for food or water. With each day he grew faster. Eventually his feet blistered but he kept running further. All in the mind of the boy was the image of his mother moments before her execution.

Iuas ran for many years, never stopping unless needing to. When one day he ran straight into a warrior like he had never seen. Before him stood Master Yi. The man looked as if he were a warrior but the boy only knew of the noxian warriors.

Iuas was about to run another direction to avoid the swordsman when he heard him talk. It was a calm smooth voice. Unlike the harsh words and tones of the Noxus monsters. Yi had only asked him a simple question.

“Why do you run?”

When the boy replied, to escape the war he was astounded by the fact his voice was older and much more mature. The years in which the boy had ran, he ignored everything and everyone. He hadn’t even notice years go by. He had never spoken in such a long time. The boy had ran for so long he was now a man. Yi, told Iuas that the war had finished already. That he no longer needed to run. However running was all Iuas could do. He had grown up running. The swordsman offered to help find the boy something which he could use his speed for. Iuas, accepted not knowing what a world could do with a boy that could run fast. Iuas trained with Yi for only a few days before he became self training. He used his speed not power to rapidly take down targets. Eventually the boy joined the League hoping that he could prevent any war that would make another boy run.

Dance Does a head spin and slowly lowers down until he has that “Draw me like one of your French girls” pose.
