Lore

Formed with Shurima, Hallumn is one of the most ancient entity all over Valoran. His destiny is to construct a great Shurima though his way is quite different. Poor lives stay forever within the driest desert is his purpose of work. Every life turns into dusk contributes to a part of Shurima. Thus, no one who saw him had the way turned back. There are still exceptions. The ones whom he ignores may just be the people of Shurima. They had built a glorious Empire of Shurima which Hallumn adored to see. However, the event of Shurima fall failed him. Hallumn had become furious, until Azir revived and came to see him. He believed the return of the emperor would bring the empire to its golden age again. Hallumn blessed Azir the power to command the sand army. However, it’s been a time and he hasn’t seen any sign. And the disasters of Shurima keep continuing.

Active: Chooses to swap to a Reflection. Also causes the main target to take more 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% damage from all sources in 2.5s. Participating on each Kill immediately refreshes Cooldown.

Spell R: Awakening

Radius: Depends on Sandstorm's Radius. Cost: 100/110/120 Mana Cooldown: 120/100/80s

Unmovably channels in 3s, immediately gaining 26/28/30% Size, max Health, Health Regeneration, Attack Damage and Ability Power and additional 3/4/5% every second. Enemies in range are slowed by 60/70/80% Movement Speed. Hallumn remains strength for 7s after finishing channeling.

Can be interrupted during channeling.
