have led me to this thought. I suppose

's ancestry must be an airborn kind of bird so that they can incessantly fly, unlike and who can fly only in a short duration. Making these angels be one kind of Vastaya may be the most appropriate possibility for their upcoming updated lore. Still, I'd like them as Angel rather than put them among the Vastaya. What do you think?

A rumor that was going around a month or two ago is that is going to be retconned into a Darkin and is the Knight lady that sealed the Darkin away. The description of the one that sealed the Darkin away could also be used as a description for Kayle. Just a speculation though.
We are gonna need to wait for their double update rework to really know.
They will remain as angels probably inhabitants of the Golden city seen from Targon's peak or further into the Celestial Realm
They arent and i doubt that they will since Riot did not include them on the "vastaya list"
I'm hoping they remain otherworldly angel people. Not every champion has to be blobbed together into different factions like with the whole Shurima thing. Malphite in particular is someone I hope they keep extraterrestial.
I do believe Riot plans to keep them otherworldly beings/Angels. So i don't think they're Vastayans. I am interested to see if Riot keeps them as their own seperate race. I get the faint feeling Riot might push them towards Targon. However, I wouldn't be a fan of that direction.
