Summer Olympics, Concept/explanation please.

I've recently done a decent amount of research, and the explanation is limited to say the least. One thing offered by a Latin community manager was that you weren't trying to create skins that had nothing to do ingame events, but to be completely honest, most of the skins offered or placed in the vault have nothing to do with lore or league of legends "society", I'm assuming it has nothing to do with copyrighting, because you found a way to work around the Winter Olympic Games and the FIFA World Cup. So why are the summers hands off? Truthfully, just want an answer. I can understand if the expense is not worth the reward. Granted it's a business and content needs to create revenue, not cost. Believe me, I love your product and love how your helping Esports reach a mainstream audience. You never explained why, these skins have been overlooked. The amount of history and opportunity of creating cross culture relationships through your product....

Think of the opening ceremonies in London 2012. Were they had years of history and ideas at your disposal, that are not necessarily tied with the Olympics. One easy example would be a skin of Viegar, being a chimney sweeper. Volibear and trundle, as constables. Imitating the famous Scotland yard, was a remarkable concept as well. Having a rugged garen in a tunic and chainmail? I could sit here for hours and draft a concept that relates to what the Olympics are about. Including the Olympics in Rio.

Instead of focusing on the sports theme, you should take a look at opening the door of a culture and I think Rio would have been an excellent way to show the positives of an overwhelming-ly hated culture. I want to clarify, League of Legends will not solve world piece, but wouldn't Samba Karma look cool (Karma looked like this in game).

Thank you for the Views and Up votes. I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read this post and would like to personally thank you. Tomorrow I plan on posting several concepts, to emulate the culture of the Rio Olympic Games. I feel that this approach is a fair compromise to say the least and would be more marketable then Xin Zhao with a Javelin
