I'm going to go with the rage quitter because the guy who farms all game can still be a distraction that the enemy team might have to deal with as he will inevitably end up causing a split push, the jungler that never ganks might still be useful in a team fight in the late game, and the support without a sightstone can still very easily lay out a lot of the damage that the ADC who died 6 times in ten minutes might not be dishing out anymore and finally, that ADC AT THE VERY LEAST can serve as a meat shield to waste enemy CD's on that they then won't be able to use on you.
So all of the other players can still have some level of usefulness but the rage quitter is AFK... Literally doing nothing for the team at all anymore. I'd rather lose as a 5v5 with bad team mates than lost a 4v5 with bad team mates because there's a greater chance of a miracle happening when all 5 of you are there.
2 and 3 are pretty similar
and not always a bad thing depending on comp
no sightstone supp is annoying but not the end of the world, it just leaves you with a lot less options due to lack of infromation
number 5 is also annoying but unless the adc is doing it intentionally giving them grief about it will only further hurt your chances, plus might have been cheese involved or maybe it legit was the supports misplay that led to deaths
really the only player i can wholeheartedly say i dont want on my team without more information is the rage quitter
every other player on your list in most cases is not intentionally trying to lose the game, usually just misguided or tilted (or incase of no sightstone supp autofilled)
I dont see how there could be any contest here Rage quitter is easily the worst no doubt.

I main support, for the most part. Atleast statistically its were i have the best chance of winning a game. With that in mind, I think the rage Quitter isn't as bad, because when you lose the game atleast your think to yourself well we had a chance of winning this game. When your Marksmen, feeds terribly. Their really isn't a chance to win, because they begin to continually do it and do it. Its like a never ending cycle to the point were people average a death every 2 minutes.
