Lillian, the Phantom Plague

Short in-client lore: "Wearing" one of its previous victims, the unnerving Lillian is the most deadly disease in Runeterra.

Long-form lore: "Lillian" is the oldest, and most deadly disease in all of Runeterra. It started out as a normal, simple disease, but there was no medicine or resistance to disease, or even humans at that point, so it evolved unimpeded. By the time medicine that had any sort of effect existed, Lillian was far too complex to be affected. It was wiping out whole tribes in hours. At some point, it gained a sort of hive mind, gathering information from everywhere it existed, becoming sentient. It was already near the peak of how much a disease could evolve, but it somehow managed to take over a human brain, and slowly became the strongest natural life form. Now able to near teleport, grow strange claws, and instantaneously infect and possess a nearby human body, there was no stopping it. At some point, it had chosen a "favorite" body, the one known as Lillian. She still changed bodies, but always returned to that one. She became known in folklore as some kind of demon, and got the name Lillian. She now has human intelligence and personality, and the only thing stopping humans from being wiped out is her own twisted game. She could kill the whole planet in a few minutes, but what fun would that be?

"The devil is here! The devil is here!" I watched, smiling, as he ran to a group of people. The man screamed as I walked closer. "How rude. You just assume that I'm here to kill you?" I swapped to a person next to him, laughing once before killing the body and switching to the next, going around him in a circle. He kept screaming, and once I had gone through all the people, he had died of entirely natural causes. I grinned and swapped back to my body. I walked to the nearest house and screamed for help at the top of my lungs. A man opened the door. I said in the most innocent voice "Please, sir, everyone is going to sleep!" and started crying. He picked me up and hugged me. "It's going to be ok, I-" and I pricked his neck with my claw. He fell over, writhing in pain. I got up and smiled. Playing with humans never got old.

Appearance: 10-13 year old girl with pure white skin and violet eyes, with long curly white hair, wearing a short simple white dress with a large purple slash over the stomach. She smiles constantly, changing to a grin for some of her abilities. Her weapon is 3 half transparent white claws on each hand, which are hidden when out of combat. Auto attack animation is stabbing with only one claw extended, crit animation is a downward diagonal slash with all three claws, both alternate which hand is used. She walks in a very deliberate way, like she knows she'll get to you eventually. Splash art would be Lillian standing in front of some sort of plagued area, maybe a hospital or pile of bodies, smiling slightly and holding one claw in front of her face in a "shh" gesture.

Personality: Lillian delights in spreading disease and seeing people suffer. She especially likes to see humans who think they're unbeatable die by her disease. She is extremely cocky, knowing that her disease will destroy anything eventually, and likes to slowly kill her enemy instead of rushing it. She enjoys using her host body to scare people.

Passive: Malaise: Lillian thrives in the presence of disease. For every nearby unit affected by her abilities, she gains health every second, lowered for minions. Against champions, she heals for each separate effect. Animation is faint purple lines drawn between her and each affected unit. Healing per effect on champions: 0.5 per level + 3% ap Healing per minion: 0.25 per level + 1.5% ap Range: 800

Q: Vector: Lillian readies her claws briefly, then instantly dashes a short distance forward, damaging all enemies she passes through. On hitting a champion or monster, she stops and impales them, applying on hit and spell effects and dealing 50% of the total damage again over 4 seconds as magic damage. Animation is extending her claws, putting them behind her back, then putting her hands together and stabbing them forward. A purple line appears while animating showing the hitbox and range. Range: 2 flashes Dash Hitbox: 100 Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 Damage: 20/40/60/80/100 +100% ad +10/15/20/25/30% ap Cost: 20/36/52/68/84 health

W: Hallucinogen: Lillian swipes her claws in front of her, dealing magic damage and making her invisible to all enemies hit for 1 second. Minions and monsters are instead unable to attack for 1 second. Animation is one hand's claws extend and swipe horizontally, leaving white slash marks in the air. A mark which looks like a crossed out eyeball appears over affected enemies for Lillian only. Range: 200 Arc: 145 degrees Cooldown: 10 Damage: 100/125/150/175/200 +80% ap Cost: 10/20/30/40/50 health

E: Carrier: Passive: Lillian's auto attacks slow by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% for 1 second. Active: Lillian infects an ally or enemy with a latent disease for 5 seconds. When an enemy comes near the carrier, the disease violently activates, stunning nearby enemies and the carrier if it is an enemy for 0.75 seconds and dealing magic damage every second for 4 seconds. If the carrier is an ally they are given a speed boost instead of a stun. Animation is shooting one claw at the target(just raising her hand for self-cast), then faint purple gas emanates from the target. When it triggers, small purple beams shoot from the carrier to all affected enemies. Range: 800 Trigger Radius: 200 Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 Total Damage: 180/210/240/270/300 +60% ap Speed Boost: 100% decaying over 0.75 seconds

Cost: 5% current health

R: Armageddon: Lillian mauls a nearby enemy champion with her claws, giving them a disease which converts a percentage of their health into a negative shield over 3 seconds, lasting another 2 seconds afterwards, then recovering over 1 second. While the negative shield persists, all healing is half as effective, buffs have 50% duration and debuffs have 150% duration(not counting this ability). Every 2 seconds or upon moving near a friendly champion, this will infect an ally, starting health conversion from the beginning. Animation is extending her claws and stabbing them into the target facing apart, then ripping them out sideways, leaving white slash marks in the air. Range: 200 Spread radius: 150 Spread radius every 2 seconds: 500 Cooldown: 150/125/100 Health conversion: 10/20/30% +2% per 100 ap No cost

Negative Shield: a portion of a unit's health that damage goes through, and is converted to normal health when healed. A unit cannot die from being negative shielded, but will be left on 1 health. If a unit has 0 health left and negative shield, it will die.
