Passive: Enemy champions and monsters facing Fiddlesticks when he casts an ability or during the effects of an ability are feared for 0.4/0.6/0.8 seconds and have their magic resistance lowered by 10 for 3 seconds. Minions nearby Fiddlesticks when he casts an ability have their magic resist lowered by 10 for 3 seconds.

Q: Fiddlesticks summons a manifestation of fear at a target location and around himself after a short delay, dealing damage and applying Fiddlesticks' passive in a circle. Damage does not stack with both hits.

W: Fiddlesticks targets an enemy and channels, dealing damage and healing for a percentage of it while the enemy stays nearby.

E: Fiddlesticks throws a crow forward which does damage to and slows the first enemy hit, then explodes and applies the same effects to nearby enemies affected by Fiddlesticks' passive.

R: Fiddlesticks targets a nearby location and channels for 1.5 seconds, then teleports there and does damage to nearby enemies in a small circle. Can be cast on a target affected by Fiddlesticks' passive to remove the channel time and instantly teleport in front of them. Has a lower cooldown than the average ultimate, maybe 30-60 seconds.

Because of the fact that this ult of yours can be instantly casted if they are makred by your passive, it would ruin his purpose. All fiddlesticks really is is a teamfighting champion with his ult. This new ult would give him too much power in 1v1 scenarios. Fearing your enemy in a 1v1 and then slurping them with the "w" is enough. This new ult could use a few changes in my opinion. Everything else though doesn't seem to be that bad. In fact, I think they could work. Fiddlesticks "Am I finally seeing a good new kit that may work for me"
