[Concept] Hide and Seek Future Game Mode

I would like to see future game mode hide and seek, it's really fun but not with trolls like on custom games. Disable damage on abilities and leave only crowd control effect for hiders and let them have the escape abilities. However let the seekers have all the abilities. Disable some items that would be OP and i think it will be all good :)
