[Champion Concept] Helga the Elf Archer
Helgha is a shortish range marksman that deals a nice amount of damage on more targets. She is a good teamfighter and tank killer due to her true damage coming out of her abilities. She is also extriemly mobile and she also has a bit of self peel so her kit is quite forgiving...
So for stats:

Abilities:
Passive: Bundle of Arrows For every mission completed Helga makes her basic abilities stronger. You can choose from the 3 missions witch one you want to complete first. There is a time of 6 minutes for finishing a mission, witch timer is shown above the ability you choose to upgrade. If you fail a mission you can select the same again after the cooldown of 240 seconds.
Q: Dashing Shot Helga dashes firing an arrow in the direction she dashed. The arrow deals 110/120/130/140/150% of her total attack damage. When Upgraded: If the arrow hits the enemy Dashing Shot's cooldown will be reduced to 2 seconds for the next cast. It Also deals 10% bonus true damage. Mission for Upgrading: Dash 40 times hitting an enemy. Cooldown: 10 Mana Cost: 25
W: Multishot Passive: Every 7th/7th/6th/6th/5th attack deals 30% bonus true damage. Active: Throw arrows to all nearby enemies dealing 100/110/120/130/140% of her total attack damage as physical damage. When Upgraded: The active deals 30% bonus true damage. Mission for Upgrading: Earn 50 farm with the active of the ability. Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 Mana Cost: 45
E: Piercing Shot Next attack deals 30/70/110/150/190 + (90% AD) physical damage and will pierce 600 range from the main target dealing 70% of the damage on additional targets. When Upgraded: Missile Speed increased and deals 30% bonus true damage. Mission for Upgrading: Buy an item worth more than 3000 gold at once. Cooldown: 10 Mana Cost: 90
R: Excessive Arrow Throws a huge arrow that travels 3000 range knocking back every champion hit and dealing 350/500/650+ (100%AP) Magic Damage to the first target and 30% less damage to others. Cooldown: 100/90/80 Mana Cost: 125
