Passive : Camouflage If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for a short duration, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. Teemo becomes stealthed twice as fast while in brush and can move around in brush without breaking his stealth. Teemo will leave stealth after 1 second after starting to move. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his Attack Speed for 3 seconds.

Q : Blinding Dart Throws a skillshot multy target dart in a target direction that deals** 80/120/160/200/240 (+75% Ability Power)** magic damage and blinds the targets hit for 1.5 seconds.

Cost: 100 Mana **Range: ** 950

W : Move Quick Passive: Teemo's Movement Speed is increased by 10% every time he attacks an enemy. This effect stacks up to 3 times and lasts 3 seconds. Active: Teemo sprints, gaining additional 10/15/20/25/30% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

Cost: 30 Mana Range: Self

E : Toxic Darts Activate to empower Teemo's basic attacks. His attacks deal 20/30/40/50/60 + (25% Ability Power) bonus magic damage on impact and 10/16/22/28/34 + (15% Ability Power) magic damage each second for 4 seconds.

Cost: 50 30 Mana Range: Self

R : Toxic Mushroom Throw Teemo can throw 3 mushrooms. Each deals 150/225/300 + (20% Ability Power) magic damage to the enemy hit and the same damage to nearby enemies but over 3 seconds.The initial target is slowed by 50% over 3 seconds and the nearby enemies by 30% for 3 seconds. If the shrooms doesn't hit anyone they will stay on the ground for the next 5 minutes. If an enemy staps on it he will take 150/225/300 + (20% Ability Power) magic damage over 3 seconds and will be slowed for 30% over the duration.

Cost: 75 per shroom. Range: 1250

Honestly, I have no idea what his stats are and how these new stats and numbers change his strength at all. I'm going to guess they make him more reasonable and not as strong. However, I do like the added effect of the passive and how when you ult throwing a mushroom ON a enemy champion will detonate the shroom right away. And (Yes, I started a sentence with and, deal with it) the idea that his toxic darts will take mana to use seems pretty balanced. I like that, but I'm afraid 50 mana is WAY to much of a cost for that. 30-15 mana sounds a little more reasonable, but I honestly think 10 mana at max level E is better.

But then again, I don't play teemo much and I'm just a silver II scrub, but those are my thoughts.

...wow. you took his ult and made it worthless. No offense, but you put all his damage into his E. Personally I think an ult should do more damage or at least slow more. Some champ ult in the game are aoe's that slow for up to 80% maybe even 85%. Just saying, you may want to increase that ap ratio. I'm also working on a rework. I may have put too little damage on his E. Let me know what you think.
