Homura, The Cursed One
Everything here is a work in progress, and I'm open to suggestions. I really hope you all like this concept as I do it for fun but also to test my knowledge of gameplay. Thank you for reading.
Homura, The Cursed One Melee, Fighter

Innate Passive: Primed Destruction After every three basic attacks on a single target, Homura becomes "Primed" once primed, she deals bonus damage on that particular target which will be marked for 10 seconds that which decays over a span of 6 seconds if Homura does NOT attack them.
If Homura attacks another target besides the marked enemy, then she will have to start all over again as she will not be "Primed". In addition, if a target was recently "Primed" for bonus damage from Homura and she uses an AoE ability, but it hits other targets including the "Primed" then that specified target will still be dealt bonus damage as long as her timer hasn't decayed.
Bonus Damage: 3%/5%/7%/10% CD: 25 seconds
Q: Shadow Slash Homura charges towards a specified location whilst making a giant slash in her wake. This damages and slows all enemies for 3 seconds in a cone in front of her. Once dealt damage, the damaged enemy(s) bleed out for the amount of units they walk for 4 seconds, this damage is based on Homura's AD.

W: Preemptive Action (Passive) Homura gains a percentage chance to Dodge the next enemy basic attack, basic attack buff or single targeted skill casted by an enemy. Once she successfully dodges, her next basic attack will deal bonus damage based on half of the damage of the Dodged skill or basic attack. (can only does champion AA's and Skills.)
Dodge Chance: 15/20/25/30/35% (Will physically dodge the ability or AA.)
E: Mega Scissor (Lame name I know) Homura's weapons grow increasingly large per rank of this ability. She smashes her weapons together forming a cone, then a line, mimicking a scissors action. Enemies caught in the dead centerline where the two weapons will meet will take full damage and those caught in the sweeping of the cone will take half the damage.
Channel time: 1 second Cone size: 650 x 450 (It's supposed to be massive, about the same width as Zac's E but with more range) Full damage line: 100/130/170/200/230/+0.4 AD ratio Cone damage: 60/80/100/120/140 +0.3 AD ratio Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 CD: 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds
R: Hyper Dimensional Cutting Homura gradually disappears from sight upon casting. After 1.5 seconds this ability can be casted again causing Homura to reappear at a target location. (Enemies will be able to briefly see the appearance zone.)
Once reappearing she roots all enemies caught in a small AoE. (this deals no damage) Once caught she immediately disappears again and dashes/slashes through the caught enemy(s) from 8 different directions dealing equal physical damage per dash/slash. Homura will not be able to be targeted while doing this, but she can still be hurt be enemy AoE's or AoE CC's which will interrupt her ultimate.
She will still take damage despite being unable to be directly targeted from enemy spells.
AD: 50 Base damage per dash/slash Rank 1: +6 dashes Rank 2: +12 dashes Rank 3: +18 dashes +900 Base Damage at Rank 3 (Does NOT scale with Damage items)
(I imagine Homura to be a somewhat similar top lane or jungler fighter to Khazix or Fiora, the reason I didn't have that her ultimate will not scale from AD items is because of her passive which multiplies damage.)
(I based Homura's W "Dodge" off of Jax's current Dodge but made it RNG. Everything here is subject to change and I will take all suggestions seriously. Though if you are unsure about a certain ability, feel free to ask a question before make an analysis. Unfortunately I've yet to make a LORE for her as I'm a bit confused about the current RIOT LORE. So forgive me on that part. Well hit me with your critiques and comments.)
