Talon Rework Concept

Passive: Damage dealt by Talon to his opponents cause them to bleed for 5 seconds and create a trail of blood when moving

While following this trail, moving towards his target, Talon gains +15% move speed and +10 armor penetration.

Q: Noxian Diplomacy:

Talon's next basic attack deals bonus damage

If Talons opponent is slowed, stunned or immobilized Noxian Diplomacy deals a bonus 25% bonus damage.

W: Rake (almost same as before):

Talon sends out a volley of daggers that return to him at the end of their trajectory, dealing physical damage to any enemies they pass through and slowing them for 3 seconds.

Note* The range should be increased a little bit and the slow has been increased by 1 second

E: Cutthroat: (Almost the same as before)

Talon Blinks to the far side of target enemy amplifying Talon's damage against target enemy for 3 seconds

Note* The range should be slightly decreased and the 99% slow for .25 seconds has been removed.

R: Shadow Assault: (No change)

Talon throws out a ring of blades, dealing physical damage to all enemies they pass through, and enters stealth for up to 2.5 seconds, gaining 40% bonus movement speed for the duration.

Why have I proposed these changes? I believe that these changes keep Talon "Talon" He still has the same bursty combo and iconic abilities but now his combo takes some preparation or teamwork if you want to maximize his damage output. For example the current combo is E, Q, W, R but with the new system it would work like this:

W to slow them, then when their bleeding you close the gap with the passive move speed, E to get on them Q for bonus damage, then R and W again if necessary or the CD is up. Talon players would need to work a little harder to set up that "perfect kill" but the overall feel and burstyness of the kit would stay the same!
