Bit Worried About Chroma Packs

More specifically, I'm concerned about which champs/skins are going to get the option. For example, I own Vizier Malzahar, which is probably my favorite skin atm. I highly doubt they would ever release a chroma pack for it, given how few people have it/how unpopular it is. That really sucks. Having the packs based around popularity/demand seems like it will create a lot of complaining/feeling left out.

@Riot Have you guys considered releasing a chroma pack for every skin/champ in the game? How long would such a task take? Too much work to be worth?

I had the same thought. I think that the base models should see the chromas first before they start branching into skins. I doubt most of my favorite champ skins will see chromas within the first couple years, either.
