Can we get an armor item built out of Kindlegem?

Playing Zac in jungle, I get 10% CDR from boots, 10% from runes, and then I'm on my own.

Against heavy AP comps, it's easy to cap out with item 3065 item 3190

Against heavy AD teams, my only options are mana-armor hybrid items with no HP attached item 3110 item 3025

Yes, I can build item 3056 , but that still leaves me at 30% CDR.

Not saying that every champ should get their dream build handed to them, but I mean, HP + armor + CDR seems like it would be useful on two entire classes of champs (bruisers/juggernauts and pure tanks). What if Deadmans worked like this;

item 1031 + item 3067 + item 1028 + 1k Combine Cost

+500 HP +50 Armor +10% CDR

Dreadnought Passive - Movement speed at 100 stacks reduced to 50 from 60 Crushing Blow Passive - Slow on full stack auto attack reduced to 60% from 75%

I dunno. It doesn't have to be Deadman's. Could be Randuins, could be a new item altogether. Just kinda sucks that CDR + armor only comes from mana items. I know non-mana tanks are a small niche in this game, but even AD champs have more accessible CDR than them. Feels bad man.

You can build Ohmwrecker. It's a really nice item that helps when diving. On itself, its stats are 100% gold efficient and the Movement Speed is godlike.

item 3028 +item 3024 +item 3067

Nice core item for mana-based Tanks to help them do their CCing deal.

They should have an Item:

40% CDR.

Bam. Period. No passive. No active. Builds into nothing. Just a pure, raw 40% CDR.

Saves you from getting CDR Runes, which can now be spent in other areas. Saves you from having to get a CDR Item, which has the CDR Price on them, so you can get Pure Stats instead.

Sure, not everyone would build it... but that's a GOOD thing.

And yeah, easy enough to hit 40% CDR by Items, I agree that's true.

But there it would be, quick and clean... get the whole 40% CDR at the expense of an Item Spot and what ever Gold Cost.

I thoroughly recommend skipping lucidity boots on Zac. He needs tank stats more than he needs CDR, and you can still usually have enough ability uptime to start important fights with even a mere 10%. My recommended build looks like this:

item 1409 item 3111 item 3065 item 3742 item 3143 item 3151

Optional items for the 5th and 6th slots include item 3083 item 3190 item 3056 item 3102
